Austin and his crew did an outstanding job of trimming a variety of trees in my yard; some of them were huge and encroaching on my roof. The guys were very skilled, professional, and ensured that I was satisfied before they left. They had all the right equipment needed for the job. In fact they went beyond the call of duty when they removed a bird from my garage that got in as they were trimming a tree that contained a bird nest. Great workers removed dangerous dead tree. Also removed two others and pruned up several trees. The cleanup was 100%. Chipped most debris. Stacked oak wood. Raked up all the tree litter. The area looks wonderful. We would definitely hire them again.

Not only did they come out just a few days after hiring them but they also took the tree down very quickly and cleaned up nicely. I would definitely highly recommend.

They did exactly as asked and in a timely manner.

I would have rated them higher if I got what I wanted them to do. I wanted them to cut down and remove from my backyard the two mature bug infested Maple trees with one losing a large bough in a recent wind storm. When they came out to see the job, they told us that the trees were still in good shape, the insects liked them because they were sweet, and easily break because Maples have soft wood. So in his reassessment of the situation, Mason said they would remove the few dead branches from the 2 trees, cut up and remove the large bough from our tree that had fallen in our neighbors yard, cut and remove the broken branch off the tree in our neighbors yard, clean up debris like they had never been there for $3000 or $2700 if we pay cash. The bottom line, in my opinion, is that Mason did not have large enough equipment to take down the 2 mature Maples and the 3 man company was too small for that kind of job. We let them do the job their way because of time, and what they did was done well; greatly appreciate their timeliness. However, I think $3000/2700 cash was too much for what turned out to be a clean up job.

Would greatly recommend them to anyone needing tree services. All of the men were very professional and cleared up all the debris.

My shrubs and trees were already trimmed. I just needed removal of what was trimmed. When they came their truck was almost full of other debris. They took what they could fit for what he quoted, which wasnâ t much. They left a trail of debris from the back yard to their truck. Then they raked up debris by their truck from loading and stuck it in the pile of limbs they didnâ t take. Would not use again.

They a very thorough job. I recommended them to one of my neighbors and they did an excellent job there as well and on the same day as they took care of my project so efficient as well.

They came and gave me a bid one day after I requested it and removed the tree three days later. They were not only fast, they had friendly staff and gave me a fair price.

Excellent communicating when they would show up to discuss project and after awarding them the job, confirming several days in advance of the day work would start and on day of work arrival time. Accomplished requested work exactly to my request at the agreed price. Mason's and his team members were very professional and knew what they were doing in a safe and efficient manner. Would hire them again. Have recommended them to a neighbor.
