Ants were gone for a while, but they're back now.

He also did a nice job of looking at our house overall and letting us know about other potential pest problems and solutions. The mosquito treatment worked really well, zero mosquitos in the yard now and it's been two weeks since the treatment. We do still have some in the areas were he didn't spray (around vegetable garden), but I would definitely get the service again.

They are professional and dependable. Would recommend them with others and we'll keep on using them. I would use this provider again in the future.

We had an invasion of ants in our kitchen which I had tried to combat myself but quickly lost the battle. Several pest controllers do not deal with ants. I searched Angie's List and called all the A rated companies and found Quick Kill, who did. They came out that day and sprayed the entire house inside and out to stop the ant invasion and prevent future bug problems. They told us we may have a few stragglers, but we didn't. The ants were gone immediately. They did a great job!

I called Quick Kill at 8:30 in the morning and an hour later Mark was here and took care of the bees. He also checked around my home for more hives. He sprayed around my home to take care of another other insects. I was very impressed with the service. I will use them again.

We had a problem with many carpenter ants coming into the house, called Quck Kill, they set up a date to come out, drilled tiny holes in the wall and applied a substance to kill the ants. They also did a thorough spraying around the perimeter of the house. We have not had a problem since. We did take the quarterly program they offier. We were very happy with the technician and the result of application.

They don't provide a fly infestation service. I was told it should resolve by itself.

Called a half hour early than originally schedule. Told me exactly what he was going to do and approximately how long it would take. Exterior and interior spraying only took 30 minutes. I bought their annual maintenance program. They come out every 3 months and they call you to remind you that it is time to come out. First session was 195 and every session after that is 135. There is a coupon on their website where you will get the last session for free. Very friendly staff.

It turned out pretty good. After the treatment, there were much less mosquitos. The treatment lasted for about three weeks and then the mosquitos came back. The cost of the service was reasonable. They were able to make it out the next day to treat.

Pleasant office staff who answered my phone call. Scheduled to come out within a few days. Tech arrived on time and ready to work. Took the time to walk around the house with me, answer questions, provide feedback and information. Very knowledgable.

Mark came by the same day I scheduled service. We had a slight glitch confirming the appointment (I called about 75 minutes after he was scheduled to possibly show, turns out there might have been a mix-up) but he still made it in the window they told me. I didn't rate the price because I didn't compare to other services. I called because of AL reviews, proximity to my house, ability to make a same-day appointment. For what it's worth, I paid $375 with AL $20 off coupon - I have no idea if that's good for carpenter ant treatment. I suspected I may have some ants in the attic and they were traveling along behind the drywall. Mark fogged the attic, applied pesticide dust behind the exterior wall baseboards (involves drilling a small 1/8" hole just above the base trim - FYI), a liquid spray along the baseboards, and then did an exterior spray to prevent new intrusions. In addition to the problem in the attic, he pointed out that the ants had invaded the tree in my front yard via a gash left from a lightning strike years ago & were excavating the tree for a nest. He traced the ants back to the tree - my attic was a new satellite setup. You could actually see what appeared to be sawdust at the base of the tree from all the gnawing. He applied pesticide to the tree as well. Since the application, not a single ant in the house and a huge pile of dead ants at the base of the tree. You could see where the ants tried to move the larvae out of the tree - so I assume the treatment was enough to make them consider abandoning the nest. I'm only speculating here, but I'm hoping this move might've saved a good looking tree in my front yard (or at least prolonged it's life.) Will use them again (but hope I never need to.)

Fabulous! Andrew Myer well educated, thorough, and found 4 entry points where they come in. No mice since. The agent even showed me how to identify where mice had been in the basement by looking things such as for maple seeds because the mice feed on the seeds.

This company was professional and responsive from the initial call. Service was even provided the same day as the call! My new home had a carpenter ant infestation and evidence of mice in the attic. Mike, the technician, explained all options, educated me as to all options, and did not pressure me in any way towards one service or another. The initial treatment was $375.00 as I have a large house and a large property, but signing up for the maintenance program appears to be the best way to go to insure these pests will be eradicated. I look forward to a pest free future and I know where to call if there are any other issues.

He was a very nice gentleman, I really appreciate his knowledge. It was very hard to tame this alone and I appreciate him coming out to handle this for me. He was really calm when he came out and handled the situation well. There were two visits the first visit he found the hole and put poison and sticky traps down, and the second visit he came back and asked how everything was going and just to follow up. I have done things to make sure the mice were gone, I have even put peanut butter out and haven't seen any activity so the problem seems to be fixed. I really appreciated him explaining the damage and the habits of the mice and also their navigation and how they function, I was very glad that I paid him to come out because I would have never figured this out yet alone found the hole.

Excellent Service. Very responsive and professional. They offered same day service which was great, though I wasn't able to take advantage, so he came next day. So good I ended up enrolling for the quarterly service. This is a revision of prior review where I selected F for professionalism ON ACCIDENT!!

The professional who came was on time and did the job well and was willing to do the inside first as I had to leave and then he completed the outside. I would definately use them again!

It went great; safe for pets and kids. Dried within fifteen minutes. They did have to come back the next week because we saw a few more ants. They sprayed it and did not charge me which was excellent!

FABULOUS COMPANY!!! I purchased the Angie's List deal on Saturday and was contacted the same day to set up a day for the service to be performed. Jon arrived on time today (Monday) and explained what he would be doing around the perimeter of the house. He asked if I had any special concerns which should be addressed. The woman who answered the phone, Cybil, calmed me down about my anxiety over the mice. She really calmed my nerves over the ordeal. The tech, Dave, was really reassuring and careful because he knew my worries. It includes a 30 day warranty and guaranteed they will come back a week later. Because I saw more mouse droppings, he actually came back for a third time, free of charge, which I was really pleased with, and now my home is mouse free.
