We have an annual contract for quarterly service to spray for pests and they do a great job keeping them away. Any time we call them out for something specific like a dead animal in the crawlspace or carpenter bees outside, everyone we work with is professional and courteous and does a great job. Highly recommend!

Appointment set up and customer service was good. They were not able to solve the mouse problem, so they refunded our money. Mark treated our situation in a fair manner.

We heard scratching noises in our attic for a couple of weeks and assumed it was a mouse at first. After a couple of weeks the noise intensified and then we noticed yellow jackets flying around a corner of our house. We called Quick Kill on a Friday morning expecting them to schedule something for next week and they told us they would come out that day as they already had a route coming by our place. Mark walked us through the situation and took care of it immediately. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. We've had no sign of yellow jackets since the work was performed.

Before we began an extensive kitchen remodeling job, we wanted to know that the house was in good shape with regard to unwanted guests. Tim was prompt and professional. He explained what he was doing and what he found. He was thorough and knowledgeable, and gave us good information. Quick-Kill was very accommodating. Because so much of the house was inaccessible due to having the kitchen packed up and stored in other rooms, Tim couldn't complete the service at this time. Quick-Kill gave us an extension that allows us to have them back to finish the job after the remodeling is completed. As an extra bonus, we found out that Tim is a neighbor of ours, having moved to the next street just last year. We feel confident with the service we received and look forward to having them back.

Arrived promptly. Was nice & professional. Sprayed house for carpenter ants, and gave suggestions for things we should do to make our house less welcoming. Pointed out that due to the construction of our roof (solid wood), the efficacy of the treatment would not be as strong, so our expectations are managed. Here's hoping it works!

The speed was amazing given it is August and I would estimate many are having issues with insects, bees, animals, etc... We had a bee nest growing in a crack between our brick and roof. They applied a treatment to the bees (dust based) and sprayed the remaining outside of the house to prevent them from relocating or from having new bees nests created. They were also professional and gave us advice for future issues (never plus up a bee nest forming on your house since the bees will always find a way out...and maybe to the inside. Overall very happy.

Tim was the technician. He was on time, prompt, efficient, very knowledgable and friendly. This experience exceeded our expectations I would recommend this company to anyone needing these services. Thanks!

I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. The gentleman was prompt, professional and a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection. He did a full inspection inside and out and sprayed in those areas as well. I was impressed with the company and chose to continue working with them on a quarterly basis.

Very well, Justin showed up on time and did a great job. Due to the wet weather he postponed spraying for mosquitoes and was good to follow up coming back the following week. We signed up on a quarterly maintenance schedule.

He came right out and addressed the problem and he came back later at no charge when I had an additional problem elsewhere. I haven't seen any problems since.

We have used them several times. Once because there was a rather brave mouse that decided rather to stick in the shadows it came out into the middle of the floor and stare at me. So I figured somehow things had become a little too comfortable for that mouse so I called Quick Kill. They are in the same town I live in and they were rated well on Angie's List so I thought that was fine. They came out and that mouse has never done it again. We also had an annual problem with ants occur again and they do something about ants. We thought we would give them a try so they came around and drilled holes all along the baseboard throughout the house. We have not had the carpenter ants, the big ants, not like they used to be. They treat us fine. I think their pricing was fine. You can pay them for one time use or you can pay them for a service, like a monthly service type of thing. We were not sure so I think we went for the one time use and they did fine. I don't remember any hesitation.

Excellent job. the mosquito population in our heavily wooded property is way down, and Quick Kill is now on a regular treatment program with us. Professional and honest. I like working with them.

We had an ant problem. We called Quick Kill and Mark came out the same day. Mark went over the entire house, inside and out. While spraying the outside, he found where the ants were entering the house. He said to wait 4-6 weeks before sealing the cracks to allow the ants to get out and the spray to kill the entire colony. The next day, there were no more ants. Two weeks later, we found a colony of ants in a planter in our yard, not by the house but we thought it was too close for comfort. We called Quick Kill and Mark came back and sprayed the planter for us. Thank you Quick Kill is great. Everyone we?ve talked to or worked with is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. We signed up for the quarterly treatments. It?s another expense, but it?s worth it for the knowledge that we shouldn?t have any more ant problems. Thank you Mark and Quick Kill

Easy to set up appointment. Came when they said they would

My husband noticed a line of carpenter ants scaling the exterior of our home and disappearing behind the second floor trim last night. I called Quick Kill this morning because they opened the earliest and were close to us, in the hopes that I could have a technician out today. The gal on the phone explained in detail what their process for carpenter ants was and answered my questions. They were able to send a technician today as I had hoped. Mike showed up friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He did what was presented on the phone and I hope that this will be the end of our ant problem!

I get the same guy each time, it's family owned, no B.S. Very nice and professional and thorough.

It was pretty good. He was doing a pretty job. I'm pretty happy with that even if its a little pricy. So far, so good. I think they're the best one I found on Angie's List. I think the price is okay. I can accept it. It cost him a couple of hours and the chemicals. It looks like a normal price. They were pretty quick. I think I would use them again.

They are professional. They are quick on the job. They are always on time for the appointment. They call the day before to let us know they are coming by. They have reasonable prices, as well.

I wrote a previous review?.but, the service was excellent, on time, professional yet friendly. We called because of carpenter bees, and in addition, we had an infestation of wasps which we were not even aware of. There was no sign of them after the treatment. He treated all of the carpenter bee holes, so we will see in the spring. Excellent work, we were very satisfied. The price was reasonable (can't remember the amount) and we were very pleased.

They stayed within the price. They did a fine job. They were receptive, came when they said they would, and the treatment worked. They came back at the regular price, because you have to have multiple treatments. There was an improvement but, not by much on price.

I woke one morning to find mice droppings in my kitchen pantry, kitchen drawers and under my sink! I squeamishly called Quick Kill and the lady who answered the phone told me that someone would come out that morning, what the process involved and the what the cost would be. Within the hour, Tim arrived at my door. He hadn't even got his foot in the door before I bombarded him with 20 questions! Tim was very re-assuring and talked me through the whole process as we walked through the house checking and laying the bait/traps and an external review of the house where Tim pointed out possible points of entry and using steel wool where needed. He was very calming and put me at ease answering my questions and letting me know that the mice would be more scared of me than I was of them! Tim returned, as promised, one week later to check the bait. There was no pushy sale involved but I was so impressed with the service that I have signed an annual contract for them to visit the property each quarter and I know that I can call on them at any time. After talking to some friends, I've discovered that they too use the annual service for Quick Kill and highly recommend them.

Description on Angie's List says NW suburbs, but when I called they only cover North Shore. Angie's List needs to work on proximity so this company does not come up in search results outside of the company's service zone. Frustrating.

The extermination itself was fine but it felt like they pushed the add-ons which added to the price ultimately. Scheduling was good. They explained things very well and the technician was professional.

It went well. David was thorough and very professional. Our mice problem was eliminated. He was sensitive to the fact that we have a cat whom we didn't want near any traps or poison. He told us how to get quarterly coverage but didn't hard sell us to the point of annoyance when we said we wanted to hold off for now.

Starting with the phone call all the way through the service, they were fantastic. The office was very helpful and friendly. The price they quoted was the price we paid. They came out the same day I called. Andrew was thorough and very professional. He did the work in the rain and still took the time to explain things to me in detail and answer all my questions. The price quoted on the phone was for a few bait traps. He also noticed a gap at the AC to house hose connection and filled that in at no extra charge. I highly recommend this company and I am extremely picky when it comes to service companies. I always assume I am being ripped off or hustled and I never felt for a second that either thing was happening. Many exterminators give a hard sell at the end to make you buy a long term service contract. This is how they make their money. Quick Kill just gave me a folder and mentioned the pricing for a long term contract. They did not pressure me. No hard sell. I really appreciated their professionalism. I rarely write reviews here, but had to congratulate Quick kill on a job well done. I hope we never need an exterminator again, but if we do I am calling Quick Kill.
