In our 2nd floor bedroom we hear crunching sounds near the ceiling. Went up in the attic and discovered Carpenter ants. Visited Angies list and decided on Quick Kill. Called them and they professionally explained their service and said they could come out in 2 days (called on weekend). Monday they called and asked if they could come earlier, which was great for me. When they arrive they went right to work: spraying around house and drilling small holes (in the house) in all outside walls to inject the treatments. Then went to attic to treat the main location of the carpenter ants and also treat the basement and room perimeters. Very pleased with service and time spent to treat house.

Everything went splendidly. I was given an appointment for the day after my call. Tim and his brother (of the family that owns the business) arrived on time and worked efficiently. They explained everything they were going to do and what I could expect in the future. They answered all my questions and several times mentioned their 30-day warranty and strongly encouraged me to hold them accountable if I had any future problems. Despite the 90 degree+ weather, Tim went up into the attic to set up the fogger, while his brother handled the exterior. I love to use family-owned businesses with high ratings on Angies List that offer coupons. Quick-Kill met all three criteria. I am very satisfied.

I like the guys that they sent. They are very friendly and punctual. They know what they are doing. We have not had any pest problem in the house and they have helped me keep my house pest free.

Overall it went fine and I am hopeful we won't see any more ants. I am a little disappointed I will have to call another company to try to solve the biting bug mystery, and I will need someone who goes above and beyond for that, I suppose.

Quick Kill Exterminating Co did an excellent job. They were able to do the work in forty minutes. I have been very happy with the results and I have not had any bugs since. They were very professional and they answered all my questions. They were a little expensive but I would use them again in the future.

I was very happy with Mark Payne and Quick Kill. I called Mark on Sunday and left a message regarding our ant problem. He returned my call first thing on Monday morning and was here at 9:30 to provide services. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed.

They always have the same guy come over and do the work. He always shows up when he says he will to do the work. He is very courteous when he is there working.

Although the wasp nest was in a crack right in the front walk and I could see it clearly from inside my house they asked me where it was! There was dirt around the crack, which I understand from my own research is a normal situation caused by the wasps digging their nest. The dirt was not removed and the entire treatment consisted of dumping some white powder on top of the dirt. I was told there is a 30 day guarantee and that was the extent of the communication. No mention was made of further treatments being necessary. The first treatment did not work, in fact it made things worse. The woman on the phone was pleasant about sending someone out again although it took four days for them to get here. Once again they left the dirt in place and dumped some white powder on top of it. The second treatment also did not work although there were fewer wasps. I spoke with the same woman to have them come out a third time, and she was not pleasant when I expressed my concern about the 30-day guarantee expiring. I also received a call from the man who comes out telling me the dirt was causing a problem, but not explaining why they didn't remove it. Although not asked to do so, I removed the dirt myself (one swipe with a broom was all it took) and the third treatment was finally successful. Two men came out but only the older one did the communicating. This was probably a mistake since the younger one was much more personable and customer-oriented.

They came out the same day. They were the best price I could find and they were very thorough. They said they will come out again if there are any problems in the next couple of months.

I called Quick Kill when my husband and I closed on our new house (which had stood vacant for several months) and found the sunroom porch infested with wolf spiders. They came out same-day, and got rid of the spiders. They also surveyed the entire house, and told us we also had wasp's nests (several) in the gutters, as well as carpenter ants nesting outside the home, threatening to invade. They asked permission to exterminate those bugs as well (at no extra charge!) We agreed, of course. They also inspected the rest of the house and told us we had mice droppings in the crawlspace, attic, and a couple other parts of the house. They showed us the droppings and also pointed out cracks in our garage where the mice were probably getting in. They laid traps and baited poison for the mice for only thirty bucks. They mentioned they have an annual extermination package available, but didn't hard-sell it, just left us the info in case we wanted it in the future. The owner himself supervised the extermination and answered all my questions. They were very professional throughout and also polite, friendly, and efficient. Their prices are better than a couple of other exterminating companies. I would definitely use again.

They came out very quickly. They took care of the wasp nest with no problem. They were very good to work with. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

Quick Kill sent out the technician the same day I called, within a few hours. Mick was very friendly and explained everything he was going to do. By the next day, the wasps were gone. He also explained that they might come back next year unless we dug up the burrows.

They were great. They were quick and easy to work with and did the job very well and did not make a mess. They were professional and punctual and I would recommend them.

The ants were found and we called them. They came when promised and did what I believe was a good job. They took care of the entire house -all 8 rooms as well as the exterior. I am confident that the problem will not occur for a long time.

Matt came later that afternoon and examined the interior and exterior and determined there were no wasps, but potentially chipmunks running in the gutters. He advised us to keep checking the exterior when we hear the sound, but that it was unlikely that anything was in the house. There was no charge for the 15 minute visit (we have used them before so this is probably a courtesy to returning customers). We will definitely call them should we need any pest control again.

There is no story to tell Angies List because I hung up the phone and will never call back.

They came in, did their job in a professional manner and were easy to deal with. I felt their price was fair. I ended up signing a contract for a year for maintenance. They did not use a hard sell for this. It was my choice.

Mark came out to do an inspection & determine if, where & what was stinking up our house. He did a very thorough inspection as well as giving sound advice on how to prevent future infestations. Without asking, he offered up a $10 coupon on the call.

Once I called them and told them of the problem, Mark Payne came out to my house almost immediately. He were very professional and thorough. He explained what they thought the best form of treatment was. After the first application, he came back for another at no extra charge. I was very happy with the service I received!

I have a service agreement with Quick Kill. They come four to five times a year and spray the inside and outside of the house. All sorts of animals and bugs end up dead. I spend less than $500 a year/$95 per session and they come in whenever I ask them to, even if its before the next appointment. I recommend them to anyone.

They did great work. I thought that they were super thorough and that they behaved very professionally. They were extremely pleasant, highly experienced, and good at explaining things to me.

I called this company because of the good ratings on Angie's List. We were having work done on our house that apparently disturbed an ants' nest because suddenly there were millions of ants running everywhere. Quick Kill was able to come out the same day. I thought they were honest and their price was fair.

I called Mark on a Saturday morning and he arrived within an hour of the call. He quickly determined that I had a bee's nest in my wall and also inspected the rest of the house. He treated the problem and guaranteed his work. The nest seems to be dead after only a day. Mark was courteous and efficient.
