I was pleasantly surprised at how well everything went during his visit there. It turns out Mark is a classmate of mine from high school! Its a family run business and his son came to visit for a minor ant problem that was covered under the contract. I thought the fee was a bit high but Mark agreed on a discount. I plan to have him treat my home too.

They came out the same day that we called. They provided a reasonable cost and fixed the problem. I would recommend them.

I called Quick Kill Exterminating to schedule an appointment to take care of our carpenter ant problem. Mark Payne explained on the phone what the procedure would be. He came out promptly the next day and immediately went to work. He drilled the holes, applied the dust, and sprayed all the exterior walls on all levels of our house, even though the ants were concentrated on our second floor. He even sprayed the basement. There was no smell at all and the entire procedure took about 1.5 hours. I was told that I might see some ants for a week or so, but I only saw a couple of ants for about 2 days after the application and I haven't seen any since. It was a great feeling knowing that the ants were gone. We have also had some problems in the summer with wasps and yellow jackets building nests around the outside of the house, so I decided to schedule quarterly pest control treatments from Quick Kill. I am very pleased with this company.

They were wonderful. I thought that they were very respectful and we had to call them and they came back again. They did everything they said they would do and were very prompt when they came out. I would definitely use them again. The quality of their service was excellent. The guy knew what he was doing and did an excellent job.

They found nothing. They were a really nice company.

I had ants in various rooms of my house that I needed addressed. I wanted something that would be safe for my kids and my dog. Unfortunately, they had to come back. They came back and I haven't seen any ants since then. They were friendly, prompt, and courteous. They came back pretty much right away when I called back and said that I had still seen a lot of ants. I am not sure what comparable companies charged so I wouldn't know how to rate them on their price.

It worked out fine. They came out right away. They put out traps. I know they killed 1 mouse.

It is a family owned business and I liked that. They were prompt and responsive and came out the next day. They were pretty competitive with their price. We used the Angieslist coupon and they honored that. The person who came out was very professional about his job and came back to tell me what he found. He was very respectful and we were very pleased with his work.

We chose them based on Angieslist report. They do a great job and they inspect the whole place. They use the environmentally friendly stuff for spray. They are expensive. I would continue to use them in future.

He was very efficient, seemed knowledgeable and returned in 2 weeks to review the situation. It wasn't as big a problem as I had been afraid. He replaced the bait and said we could call for a service contract if the problem wasn't resolved. No hard sell.

We had ants and the guy came out. He sprayed and the ants were gone. In one shot he got rid of the ants and it was great. The price was reasonable. We would use them again in future.

They have been here twice and I signed a quarterly contract with them.

So far, great and look forward to their visits every 3 months to keep us pest free!

The service technician is consistent. You can get a service plan that allows you to contact them, in addition to regular service, if you see any bugs. They are very personable.

Very timely, came out shortly after I called. Bees were in several rooms of our house and appeared to be living under a shingle on our roof. Chemicals were used and bees were gone outside shortly after and most were gone inside in about 2 days. Some bees remained about 2 weeks after he came out and I thought I was going to have to call him to come out again but the bees are now completely gone. I feel like it may have been costly (165.00 after 20.00 Angie's List coupon) but he could come out to our house fast and I was fed up with the problem so I did not do any comparison pricing.

Called in the morning and they came out that day while I was at work. Wasps were gone.

Quick Kill was great. They wanted to come out the day we called due to the time contrainint of the party but it was supposed to rain all day so they waited one more day to ensure maximum effectiveness of the treatment. The entry hole in the ground was in an extremely difficult place to locate but the exterminator took his time and made sure he found it. By the day of the party we had absolutely no yellow jackets on our patio so it was a total success.

It went GREAT. I called on a Saturday night and got an immediate response. They offered a set of easy, helpful suggestions and did not push their services on me. When I decided to schedule an appointment, they were accomodating, prompt and the service was effective. An EXCELLENT all-around experience, and now we're bug free!

Mark came out and to inspect the outside roofing area to look at the location I indicated might have bee infestation. After that outside inspection he also came in and looked into the attic to see if he could see any problem, There was no indication of any infestation. He gave me his card and did not charge me for any services. I will definitely call them again if I have a need for pest control.

There was no hassle to getting the work scheduled and completed. They also offer an Angie's List discount to members. I definitely will use this company again, if there is a pest problem.

They provided a two hour window, arrived when they said they would, explained everything, and took care of the problem. We signed their year-long contract, for an additional hundred-something every quarter, but they weren't pushy about it at all.

I specified repeatedly my concerns about having two small children. I did a ton of prep work to help things go smoothly (moving things off walls, putting all my children's things away in protective containers). I assumed the technicians who came to the house would know what I discussed with owner/manager about agreed upon treatments on the phone( again emphasized concerns about the children, where they should treat and how, where we were seeing insects, spray outside ants nests, etc...) I showed the technicians around quickly and said I want to get the kids out of the house. They were young guys and were personable enough but asked no questions and seemed to just want to get it over with as quickly as possible. I had just sat my children down to eat (no courtesy call to say we will be there in ten minutes.) Next thing I know the technician is spraying three feet from where my kids are eating lunch! I hauled them out of their seats and literally ran out of the house, clipped them in to car seats in diapers and drove up the block. Then I parked in a neighbor's driveway and asked for help for a minute so I could go back and talk to the technicians. When I went back one of the two technicians was writing up my bill. I asked loudly, "Didn't I say I wanted to get the kids out of the house? Didn't you hear me say I was going to take them out because I am very concerned about them being exposed?" I was completely furious. He offered no adequate explanation and justified himself saying, "Ma'am the technician was outside. I thought you wanted us to get started in the areas where you and the kids weren't. This is safe, we use it in daycare centers and restaurants." I wonder do they spray when people are eating or the kids are present? I would check it out with your daycare if I were you. These guys will never come near my house again. They were done by the time our conversation was over and for the ridiculous price of $175.00 had spent a TOTAL of 15 mins treating my home. The man I spoke with on the phone described a thorough treatment of "powerwashing" the exterior as well as targeted treatments inside wherever pests had been seen and said he would treat nests in the yard as well. In 15 minutes, I mean really?!? The pest problem is not totally eradicated but as far as I'm concerned this company is unsafe and I do not want them retreating my home.
