They did a good job. They were punctual, very quickly understood the problem, and they fixed it.

The people on the phone were very helpful and thorough and gave me a quote before they made the appointment. The tech that came out to the house was friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing,why he was doing it and what to expect and ways to prevent the problem in the future.

These guys are great... family owned and these are good people. They enjoy what they do and it shows. Had a great time talking with them as they worked and like I said it has been effective. They also know we are trying to save money, and mentioned that after a while, we could even go to an every 4 month treatment, so we wouldn't be paying as much on an annual basis. Will work with them for as long as I'm in the area. Really can't recommend them highly enough!!!

I called Quick Kill to stop our carpenter ant problem from getting any worse. Sybill at Quick Kill was very friendly, gave me an estiimate and set up an appointment within a three hour window for the following day. Our technician, Greg, arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He drilled some very small holes in our walls around the baseboard to kill any colonies, sprayed near the walls inside and around the perimeter of the house on the outside. I was home the entire time (the job took around 1.5 hours). There was minimal noise, NO odor and the cost was the same as the estimate. I am very satisfied with the result and would recommend Quick Kill to my friends, although, to be honest, I hope to never have to use them again.

I was very happy with their expertise and the advice they gave me over the phone, rather than coming out and charging me for a treatment that may or may not have worked to eliminate my particular wasp problem--saved me $200! I would definitely call them again for any pest problem I may have in the future due to the trust they have built with me.

Saw a mouse, and freaked out. Joined Angies List to find a reputable exterminator. After reading reviews, Quick Kill stood out amongst all the others. Called in early AM, and within a few hours, I had a technician at my house. He was very helpful, very professional, and I think they are great. Would recommend them to everyone.

It didn't go well because this company didn't bother, or couldn't be bothered to come out and to even see what was going on in our home. I haven't called them back yet, still in shock that a company that was rated so highly could make such a huge mistake by telling us what to do, over the phone, and in turn, it has damaged areas around my drains -- permanently -- and it made the problem worse!

He came out and sprayed the entire inside of the house. He told us to put our dogs outside for 30 minutes, so they would not get sick.

We had a mouse problem in our basement area. I had been working on blocking the critter holes all summer and when fall hit, we were still getting them in our utility room. We called Quick Kill and they came out pretty quickly. Unfortunately, I was not able to be there when they came -- my husband was there though but he had no idea the area or the work I did on the utility room or even where he thought the mice problem was. The technician did an inspection but since I was not there, he did not know the details. After some crazy phone calls with Mark (sorry Mark!), the owner finally figured out that I needed to be there when the technician was there. When Mick, the technician showed up, I told him what I did and how, we did a thorough walk around the inside and outside of the house. (By the way, he is very good!!) Than he found the issue. My next door neighbor. We are in a town house and share one wall. Our next door neighbor had a mouse highway hole in the back of his unit (maybe two!). They were coming in through his utility room and coming into ours. I contacted my neighbor right away and he plugged up the hole. Sure enough, no mice since than! This was is exactly what we hired Quick Kill for! The technician did take the time to educate us about the small critters and suggested for us to do other things around the house to totally critter proof our house which we will be doing in the spring. That was great! Quick Kill is true to their word. They will make sure to take care of the issue even if they have to come by many times. Even though I was a crazy person on the phone, they were still professional. And I appreciated that.. I would hire them again in a heartbeat..

Our technician is very punctual and professional. He found mice activity in both our attics. basement and crawl space. Traps were put in all areas (plus our garage), and are cleaned out and refreshed monthly. After the first visit we immediately stopped seeing signs of mice in our living spaces. The number of mice trapped has gone down significantly from visit to visit. The technician removes all garbage without any of us seeing the evidence. Technician was very sensitive to my requests and concerns related to our young children. We signed up for a yearly contract, but will not have any preventive spraying. We have an organic garden, and the services will not affect that. It will cover, in addition to the mice, removal of any wasp nests, etc...

They were able to take care of the problem that afternoon, even though I called after 3 or 4 pm. They even arrived a bir earlier than they promised as they were aware I needed to leave the home soon and wanted to accomodate me.

We called Quick Kill after our cat caught (and released) his third mouse in four days. We had never had mice before. Quick Kill responded immediately and Mick was on my doorstep within 90 minutes. He has such a reassuring aura of calm and competence that I felt better immediately. He took great care in identifying possible entries, placing baits and traps, and explaining everything he did each step of the way, and he was very considerate about the pet question. He told us what to expect, and what to do if various situations occurred before his return visit. We haven't seen a mouse since. A week later Mick returned to check on the traps and baits, and once again made me feel immeasurably reassured. Thank you, Mick!

The visit went very well. They’ve done a great job. We are in a kind of a rural area and all of those areas had pests. Overall the job they do is excellent. They are responsive and polite. They always come when they say they are going to be here. We will use their services again in the future.

They were wonderful. They were willing to come out but my husband refused to have them out. The interaction with them was great. They were very helpful. The mosquito programme that they had was for multi callers and I was trying to co-ordinate that. I ended up working with the mosquito abatement programme that repaired Texas too. So they came out and did a re-treatment which is why I didn’t go with the programme, and also because there’s no need to do that now. They were phenomenal and they followed up. I contacted them first over the internet and then they called probably within forty five minutes. I will absolutely use their services again in the future.

They came the day after I called and they said they would come back three days later if we saw anything. They didn’t try to push some plan on us which is good because we just needed this particular thing accomplished. The price seemed reasonable to me.

Based on Angie reports, I called Quick Kill. They came the next day as requested to eliminate several carpenter wasps, yellow jacket and black bee nests. They were prompt, proficient and professional. They sprayed outside the entire house, and then targeted the wasps with special treatments. This was my first time using them and would be my first choice in exterminators if I ever need any future exterminator service again. Offered to sell me an annual program in a professional manner, but I declined. Absolutely no pressure, just an emphasis on the benefits. I highly recommend this family business that obviously takes pride in their work.

I was thrilled with their service. I called the night before, asking if they could come on the early side of my appointment window, and he actually arrived even before that. It was a huge help, and we're now going to do quarterly maintenance with them, because they were so good.

I called QuickKill exterminators to discuss removal of some wasps nests on our home and they apologized that they couldn't arrive at our house for a few hours--wow, that's FAST service!! I actually scheduled the appointment for the next morning due to my schedule constraint. I was very pleased that the business owner himself arrived at our home on time and managed the removal of 3 wasp nests located in various locations around our home. He then took preventative action to mitigate the likelihood that the flying buggers would return. He offered to return within a couple of weeks if the wasps decided to return. The wasps did not return!! Nice people, good service. Would def. call them again!

Prompt. Thorough. Courteous. I have never seen better. Helped with a carpenter ant problem. Spayed. Fogged. Dusted. Went into the attic. The whole outside and inside perimeter of the house. Nice guy. Family business. Proud of what he does.

Called in the morning and Marc came out the same day, at the time promised. He spent a fair amount of time determining where the ants were coming from and making sure that they didn't just scatter but that the fix would be permanent. He was professional and seemed very knowledgeable. It has now been fully 2 weeks and I haven't seen any more ants. I would certainly use Quick Kill Exterminating again.
