The office staff was courteous. They sent out Tim Payne quickly. He was very nice and did a good job. There was one area the bugs returned and he came out again promptly and resprayed the area. Overall they were great. Tim said they were liberal with 30 day guarantee if bugs returned he said they would come and respray if needed. Excellent service. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

The serviceman was great. On time, professional and knew his business. We had a pretty bad mice infestation and discussed the options since I have a child and dogs. I also have a problem with glue traps. The technician was very accommodating and came up with a plan. He made three followup visits to make sure we got all the little buggers and I am very happy to be mouse free! The technician did offer a service contract but was not pushy and was not put out when I declined. If we have any more issues, I will be sure to call this company!

Tim is always great. Very thorough and doesn't act rushed to get in and out. We've had no real issues since he took over our pest control!

QKE owner came out himself to examine and perform work to rid our house of carpenter ants. Small holes were drilled above base boards and powder was injected to eliminate carpenter ant issue. It was upsetting to see holes in newly painted walls but owner ensured it would be kept minimal, and I rationalized by thinking we could always re-inject powder in same holes if we had more issues years down the road. QKE owner (name escapes me) also sprayed outside for other various insects. It rained quite a bit shortly after he left but he said it should be fine. After looking up online more about the product, it clearly stated to apply product and allow several hours for product to take and be effective. We simply called QKE back up and they rescheduled another exterior application, no hassle, no charge. We'd definitely use QKE again. I called around for quotes and QKE was competitive. It was expensive ($375), but could be due to the area being serviced (Glenview, Wilmette, Kennilworth).

Professional Service - Quote provided and accepted. Personnel were out at scheduled time to take care of first treatment. Subsequent qtrly treatments are scheduled close to time needed. Quick Kill calls to schedule those.

We've been using them for about a year. They are really great. They are very friendly and responsive. I'd highly recommend.

Second time visit for us. This time we had a significant silverfish problem in the attic. The buggers were crawling through the canister lights and falling onto beds and other living areas around the house. Mike came out promptly. He set out foggers and time-delay strips in the attic. He also sprayed around the house. He mentioned that it often takes a while to get rid of silverfish and sometimes we will see them for up to 3 weeks after treatment. After seeing about a dozen or so prior to calling for service, we saw only one after. Very happy customer. Quick Kill has proven reliable, knowledgeable, and has earned my trust.

They did very good and we signed a contract with them. The worker was very nice.

Mike did a great job of getting in all of the tight spaces we have in our house to find where the mice had been. He placed traps and bait and also found some places where they could be getting in and stuffed the holes. He came back a week later to check the bait and traps. The day after he left we did not hear anymore mice in the attic/walls. I think he found the hole where they were potentially getting in and prevented any future entry. My wife is happy!

The technician, Mike, had the very tricky job of dealing with an elderly relative who feared bees were getting into her room through the heating vents. He very gently and kindly showed her that there was no evidence of them, sprayed the area thoroughly (as we had asked him to do) and was so appropriate in his handling of a difficult situation that he may have a second career in elder care!

Had a wasp problem that I couldn't seem to solve with wasp traps from the hardware store. I prefer not to use chemicals. Quick Kill assured me they use small amounts of chemicals which have no odor, don't stain, and dry within one hour. They were here within two hours of my call and got the job done quickly. Today I have seen zero wasps. What a relief. Now the mailman can deliver my mail again! My only regret is that I forgot to give him the coupon, so I missed out on the discount.

They came out because we suspected we had a mouse. They put out posin and traps and told us if there was a mouse we would find in about 5 days. They were right 5 days later the mouse is gone. They also sprayed the house for the usual spiders etc... We were very happy with the service and plan to use them on a quarterly basis.

I called Quick Kill Exterminating Co. after I accidentally disrupted a nest of yellow jacket wasps in my yard. My dog and I were stung multiple times trying to get away from it. They were extremely aggressive. I'm relieved my kids were not outside with me at the time. I found Quick Kill on Angie's List and the reviews were solid so I gave them a call. Mark came out within a few hours, removed the nest and sprayed the area to get rid of the remaining wasps. He also had me close all of my windows so he could spray exterior areas of the house, corners, edges, places where other nests typically could be found. He assured me that products he used to spray with were EPA approved and low toxicity. He was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. I am very happy to have found this company and will happily call them again. 7-20-2012 update It has been a week and I'm happy to report that our yellowjacket wasp problem has been solved.

The man who did the service was so knowledgeable. I think he's a good staff, because if he's not, he wouldn't go far enough.

We would highly recommend him. There was nothing negative we could say about him. We actually signed up with them to come out every 3 months to kill all the spiders.

I called around 1:00pm at the number provided on the website and spoke to a friendly receptionist. I was slightly embarrased to describe my problem (ANTS!) she reassured me that I was in the right hands and asked me what my availability was. I am lucky enough to have some time off and I told her ASAP. She said the technicians were in my area and could be at my house between 1:30 and 3 and that they would call me on their way over. I hung up the phone with her and literally one minute later I received a phone call from a technician letting me know he was on his way over! What a relief! Jon was kind and patient and signed me up for the quarterly service and he assured me my problem was no big deal! I'm so happy and I can't express my gratitude to the Quick Kill team!!

Everything went well just like when we have used them in the past at a previous home.

I got them from Angie's List. They were very good. They had two services, one service where they would charge me $175 to get rid of all the bees on my house. Another service where they would guarantee them and come back in the fall for double the money. Some companies pressure us to take it or make us feel like if we don’t do that, these are going to come back, but they didn’t really do that. They guarantee their work for 30 days. They came out in April and its June; I haven’t had any problems since they came. I am very pleased with them. Generally for what they do, the price is a little high.

Our service guy was right on time and handled the job quickly and professionally. The only reason I scored a "B" for quality is that I had not been prepared for the amount of clean-up required on my part. I shouldn't have been surprised, as he had to drill into practically every wall of the house in order to deliver the poison, but it did take me nearly 2 hours to wipe down all the baseboards afterward, clean floors and vacuum. That being said, there have been no (live) carpenter ants in the house and I am very pleased that Quick Kill zeroed in on the problem/solution. I hope we don't have any future pest problems, but I would definitely call Quick Kill again if we did.

Mark "powdered" all concerned areas and drilled small holes in out-of-the-way wall areas where needed. 2 apts., utility area, and exterior. The problem was eradicated within 2 weeks. Any continued problems, a follow up call is part of the service. Quite professional and complete.

We had a group of carpenter bees eating our deck, and a nasty nest of some other type of bees gathering in our gutters. Quick Kill sent out Mike to meet me the same day I called. He explained my options for one-time or full season guaranteed coverage. He also explained the behaviors of the pests, the treatments he would use, and the timeline for erradication. I'm currently pregnant, have asthma and a dog, so I had lots of questions about the materials they used, which he answered patiently. The process was so successful, that I called them back and signed up for their quarterly full service program, which gives us coverage for just about anything. I called on a Friday afternoon about that service, and they were there to do the additional treatments on Monday. Very professional, punctual, responsive, and contientious. First off, the Quick Kill people were a joy to work with. My experience with them has been excellent, from the initial call, to the speed of their visit, to their knowledge and thoroughness of addressing our ant problems. Tim treated our house; he was diligent and thorough in searching out all the areas that had the ant problems, including our basement. Within a couple of days after the treatment, the ants were virtually gone, except for the occasional stragglers. I requested Tim to come out one more time within their 30 day guarantee, and he did. I have not seen any ants since!! We are very happy with Quick Kill, and we signed up for their quarterly treatment plan. We highly recommend Quick Kill exterminators!
