Quick Kill Exterminating Co

Mark, the owner of Quick Kill, came the same day I called which was nice because we were in the middle of construction and found evidence of carpenter ants. He liberally sprayed the basement wall in question which will be dry-walled soon. He drilled 1/8" holes along the base of the walls every 3-4 ft and puffed powder into the wall cavities- upstairs and downstairs. He sprayed interior exterior walls and the exterior foundation walls. He also noted ants in a near by tree which he sprayed. He was fast, efficient and very courteous. We will certainly use them again.

I have had an ongoing issue with carpenter ants. I contacted Quick Kill in May. They came out and drilled small holes above the baseboards and inserted dust in the exterior walls of my home (which other exterminating services I used over the past few years told me did not need to be done). Also treated the exterior. I have not seen an ant since. I was impressed by their professionalism and knowledge and have signed up for quarterly service. Definitely recommend them to anyone in need of exterminating services.

This was an Angies List Big Deal.The service technician came inside our home to check on the extent of our ant problem.He then sprayed the base of the house outside - all windows - and siding He was very thorough in what he did. We would hire them again if the occasion arises in the future.

He did an excellent job. He first asked if I have had any problems and then proceeded to spray around outside. He then told me what he had found. For example, he found 2 different kinds of wasps and some small wasp nests that he sprayed and ants, particularly by the front door . He then sprayed the inside of the house. He asked if I was having any problems with mice or bugs. He sprayed the basement, first and second floors and then, without my asking, he went up to the attic and sprayed there and put out baits for mice. I particularly liked the fact that he went into the attic since providers that I have used in the past have never done that unless I specifically asked. He explained in detail what he had found and what he had done--for example, the porch had a lot of spiders and mice droppings were found in the attic area. He treated these areas aggressively. He was extremely professional, pleasant, and I would certainly use his business again (in fact I am using them again!).

Mike was so great. He explained all about the bugs and told me what he planned to do to get rid of them. They also guaranteed that if they weren't gone within the month they would come out again and spray for free. I think I have found my bug guys!! :)

When I first called, I had to leave a message (always a little nervous when I do this) but they called back pretty quickly. Mike was the technician providing the service and he was very professional. He was very clear in his explanations of what he saw and his next steps. He even looked at a couple of non-wasp related things for me. I feel we really got our money's worth from his visit. Oh yeah, the wasps are gone.

Everything was fine with no more problems with the wasps.

The technician was punctual, immaculate and friendly. He was knowledgeable about service and the field.

We have used them before to get rid of common house ants and that was several years ago. They are quick, professional and definitely get the job done. They are my "go to" exterminators.

I was completely impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism of the office staff and technicians. Even though my second request for service was at the tail end of the holiday week, I was able to be scheduled quickly and accomodating to my schedule. First visit I described the problem to the lead technician (Mark) who was straightforward and professional in his evaluation and assessment of the problem (carpenter ants). He explained the treatment process and I appreciated his respect for our home. He's a true pro. Second request for service I was also able to get scheduled right away. John came out the same day I called, and he was equally thorough and professional in his approach. Both problems are now under control and I'm quite relieved.

I like how thorough he was, did what we talked about, very knowledgeable, and I also like his demeanor and honesty.

Our service person was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and tidy. He explained what and why he was doing when providing the service. He responded to all my concerns quickly. I have and will continue to recommend Quick Kill Exterminators.

Mark with Quick Kill was excellent! I called first thing on a Monday morning regarding an ant infestation problem in a home we had just purchased and moved into. Mark was at our house by 12pm that same day. He assessed the ant problem and determined where they were entering and living within our home and pursued an aggressive course of action to rid us of them. He also found mice droppings in our furnace area and crawl space and made the appropriate preventive actions there as well and pointed out where they are coming in so that we can prevent future inhabitation. Later in the day, after Mark had left, the movers who were unloading our furniture moved a piece of wall paneling where we found more ants. I called Mark back and he was at our house the next day to address that area as well and some carpenter ant mounds that I found back in the yard. He did not charge us for the second visit. It was great working with Mark. He is very knowledgeable and committed to his job and company and wants whats best for you and your home. I highly recommend him.

They are terrific. They came out right away because we had ants. That was a year ago and we haven't had many ants since except one that was in March. They got rid of those. We got rid of all the mice that we had in our crawl space. They call me up to tell when they can come. They give me a day when they are coming, which is wonderful.

They've been fantastic. We've been using them since winter and we quarterly contracted them, it's on-going, and I think we pay $150 quarterly. They come out quarterly and they spray, look around, but then what I think is awesome is that anytime you have an issue in between those quarterly, they will come for free and do whatever so if we saw that there are mice or they still have activity, they will come and set the traps and to do everything and there's no additional cost. We started getting a bunch of carpenter ants so they came again and did their thing which were great, it's not like they charge you every time they come out. They can come out if you request them and if you got their quarterly account which we decided to do for now, which has been great actually with the mice. What I also liked is the ease and the communication with them, when you call they're here within 24 hours. They're professional, it's a family-owned business so the dad and the 2 sons, I have gotten to know all of them, they come, their not intrusive, they just come, do their job, leave, gives you a background on what they're doing and they're just reliable and I feel comfortable with them in my home. They all use safe products, I do have young children, and they showed that all of their stuff is safe, besides the poison probably for the mice but we don't see any killed mice but they're kept away in places where kids can't reach them. They're very aware with children which is great.

Based on Angieslist reviews, I called Quick Kill. I told the woman who answered the phone what the problem was. She told me exactly how they handle that and exactly what it would cost. Then we discussed scheduling. When it was looking like we wouldn't be able to get the person who normally handles our area out quickly, she said she'd have someone else come out that day. She gave me a two hour window. Tim came right on time, did exactly what she had told us he would do and ... no ants since then. He told us that we might see more for a day or two, but we haven't seen even one, and it's been just about a week since he came out. The product is safe around our dogs, and really seemed to do the trick. We will definitely use them again.

Punctual, professional service. Thorough, well done job. I emailed them the night before, they called me early in the morning, told me they could come that day, they came when they said they would come, it was teh owner who came, he explained what they would do, he did it, and told me what to expect from the services. Very happy with the job.

Outstanding! Same day service and clear explanation of what was being done and what to expect as the problem cleared. We are new to this home and did not have history on pests to watch out for and we learned a ton. Signed up for the quarterly service so we can be proactive vs the other issues that will start to arise with warmer weather and rain. Thanks!

Quick Kill was able to come to our house on short notice and quickly inspect our home and provide remedies and recommendations. The representative, Mike, was very timely, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave a recommendation for purchasing a quarterly inspection plan, which we have not yet agreed to.

I was having an ant problem and tried all sorts of sprays and traps but the ants kept coming back. I finally decided to call in a professional. I called in the morning and Jon was out at our house within a matter of hours. After showing him where we were finding the ants, he went to work. He checked every room in the house and sprayed only where necessary (we have a lot of kids). Then he set up bait traps that would help eliminate any ants that were already insdie the house. After that he headed outside and completed the treatment all along the perimeter of the house. Afterward, he explained what he had done, what we should do, and what to expect regarding results. He also provided some recommendations about things we could do outside to help keep the pests away (like moving our wood pile). I never felt like he was rushing and was happy to answer all of our questions. This is a family owned and operated business and it shows. Already recommending them to neighbors.

They were very responsive to my initial inquiry, showed up on time, did a very thorough job and we had no further problems. Highly recommended!

Even though I wouldn't be around I described where the colony could be located and Quick Kill came round, eradicated said wasps, they also sprayed around the outside of the house and for the next week I was besieged with dying big black ant. Though we saw the occasional ant, I hadn't realized we'd had so many and the next few days were devoted to us hoovering up huge big black ants that had departed this mortal coil. Something, I must add, we were only pleased to be doing

They came out and I think I had a coupon with them and they were good. I called them in the morning, came in the afternoon, on time, professional and answer the questions we asked. It was quick and easy. Their work was slightly incomplete just because I think it's going to take time to figure out how well it worked and if there are still few bugs in a few weeks, I probably give him a call. Their responsiveness was great.

The person I spoke with gave me some suggestions and was not pushing their service in any way. She was very helpful and actually saved me several hundred dollars. I would definitely recommend this business highly b/c they are honest with high integrity and this is not easy to find in today's world.

The amount of time with the first and follow up visits plus materials was not worth the fee. I could have done that. So they were good, and mice seem to be gone, but the work and meterials did not match the high price. I think about half what I paid would be more reasonable.
