They showed up on time and were courteous. They did the job when they were supposed to do it. The pricing was good.

His service was good. He was prompt and very helpful. He did fix what is needed to be fixed. He was able to try to figure what is needed to be fixed.

Excellent! Took things apart to clean vent. Had to use special equipment equipment because the vent goes up and over the garage so lint not easily seen from inside or outside. Things cleaned thoroughly and a follow-up appointment for the Fall is set. Very professional!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. The experience went well. He was great. He did a great job. We would definitely call him for other issues. He was a really good guy. He was very prompt and very responsive in coming as soon as possible. We appreciated that he was able to figure it out so quickly.

Well, when I took my "chances" on Chris Booker, it turned out I got a jackpot of a plumber! Chris was on time, thorough (no shortcuts taken) to rod out my drain multiple times, and he installed the new shower head at no additional cost to me than what he had originally quoted me at the time we made the appointment. Chris is professional, conscientous, tradesman who left my bathroom clean. He also took additional time to address the sink hardware issue I was having. I most certainly will be calling on Chris in the future when I'm due for my dryer vent cleaning or for any future plumbing work. My neighbors have already asked for his name and number because they heard how pleased I was with his fair price and excellent work.

Had a leak develop a few days before we were to host X-mas Dinner. Chris came out the next day, got it done within the day and we were good to go. I wasn't home for the repair, but my wife said he was professional and very courteous. Took care of my problem at a fair price in an extremely quick fasion

First of all he is very courteous and highly values his regular customers so much so that he came out on a Sunday with only two days notice without any extra charge. He was as always (I used him once before) neat efficient and very professional while keeping me informed as he did the job. I readily recommend him to all of my friends. You will not find a better plumber!

I called Chris prior to purchasing the deal to ensure he would travel to Aurora for the installation, it went to VM but he called me back in minutes. He was very friendly and explained that he normally does not travel to Aurora but he would if I agreed for a $35 travel free, I did. After arranging the date and time between him and my tenant I added a couple of other items that i wanted him to work on; he would install a water heater and unclog two drains all at a great price. He was very flexible in working with me as I was not supposed to be on site for his visit, he agreed to do the work and charge me for the remainder later. Plans changed and I ended up being on site the day he did the work, he was a little late but he called ahead of time to let me know traffic was making him run a little late which I greatly appreciated. He quickly got to work and seemed like it took him no time to unclog the drains and install the water heater. He then called a few days later to check how everything was working. I was happily surprised at his level of service and follow up. I would recommend him to anyone and plan on using his services again if something comes up.

Chris was very accommodating and professional. Even with a short conversation over the phone, he had a good idea of the problem and knew how to tackle it. He showed up promptly and fixed the clogged dryer vent and also made sure to clean up afterwards. He tested it when completed to make sure things worked properly and the best part was that there was no "additional" fees. What he advertised is what he expected in payment. I really appreciate that cause Ive been ripped off in the past. I dont live in Chris's work zone but he made his way out to where I live as well. I would recommend him and would use him again in the future.

Since I have a problem with water pressure in the bathroom, this was my main concern for the plumbing contractor. Mr. Booker was friendly and professional and he gave me an honest assessment of the issues I had. Besides the leak in the shower head, I need to schedule some additional work which Mr. Booker gave an estimate for. Price ran approximately $100 an hour according to my estimate. I did not realize how expensive contract work is these days, but sometimes you have to have a skilled person complete more difficult work in a reasonable time for you. This is the case with my bathroom issues, but there is no guarantee that the work will resolve the pressure issue according to Mr. Booker. So, I will need to further assess what might be happening with the building plumbing and what was done by the condo association with their contractor. Overall though, Mr. Booker was honest and forthright in his assessment of what at least could be done on my end. Ken

Arrived exactly on time, performed the cleaning and priced out new services to our satisfaction.

First the need was immediate with contact late-Saturday and appointment executed within 24hrs on a Sunday. Chris Booker was able to correct 2 scenarios with one visit. Chris's professionalism was impressive from returning call, appointment schedule, to explaining the fixes and executing on minor issues he saw along the way. Chris did an AMAZING job!

Chris was very punctual. He cleaned my dryer vent in record time and took the time to show me the results. He was very personable. I will definitely use him again.

Chris was respectful and went about his work right away. The area was clean and there was no sign that he had been working around the dryer. The Big Deal was for 2 vent cleanings. Chris said he would call to schedule the next cleaning when it's time for another.

Took a little over 2 hours. Chris was here on time and very focused. Did a great job. Comes prepared and keeps site clean. The only disappointing incident is that Chris accidentally broke the knob off that turns the faucet on and off on the bath tub in one of the bathrooms while opening and closing all the faucets to relieve pressure in the pipes because the water had to be shut off in the house. This is the bathroom that I use and I knew the knob was a little tight but I was used to it as it was this way forever so it didn't bother me but Chris evidently turned it too hard and it busted off. He told us about it and showed my husband how to fix it and told my husband that he would have to buy a special tool for the stem and that he could get both the tool and new knob at Home Depot. Long story short...husband took two trips to Home Depot... One for the tool and knob and one for the stem. We had to call Chris because my husband wanted to know how much pressure the faucet could take because the stem wouldn't budge and my husband didn't know how hard he could pull. Over Two hours later my husband finally finished installing the new knob. The knob is upside down so I have to get used to that but I don't have the heart to ask my husband to fix it. At least it works. There went our Saturday Plans going out for lunch. Oh well. Accidents happen. I wasn't mad, but Chris broke it none-the-less and being he is the plumber and has the tools..I feel that the very least he could have done was fix it so this was a bit disappointing. He is a good worker and he did do a great job doing what he was hired for.

Chris Booker Plumbing came in to clean our dryer vent. He was very responsive to try to schedule an appointment, arrived when he said he would, and did a very thorough job cleaning. I am very happy with the service, and would use the company again.

Chris cleaned the dryer vent and then checked on the basement bathroom toilet for me. He tried to get it to work without having to change parts (to avoid a bigger charge) but told me to call if there were any problems. It started to leak, so Chris came back out and changed out some parts. It's been working great since then.

I don't know a lot about plumbing, but from a service perspective, Chris is as good as it gets. We had never used him before so we didn't have an existing relationship, but from the moment I called him (after finding him on Angie's List), Chris was incredibly responsive. I asked if he could do some initial work quickly and he fit me in right away. He registered immediately with our Village Hall so he could do the work (per Village requirements) and spent most of a Sunday at our house doing what was needed to keep our remodeling project going. Then we put him on hold for at least 6 weeks until we were ready for him to do the rest of the work, and again he fit us in right away by coming in the late afternoon and working until 10 at night and then finishing up the next day. Chris was not only amazingly flexible by fitting us in, but he has a great attitude. I sent him numerous emails throughout our remodeling project to ask his advice and he always responded within hours. He was willing to help out in any way to make our project go more smoothly. He also checked a few things on our toilets before he left that I asked him about and he cleaned out a drain in the bathroom (for free!) while we were waiting for the village inspector to show up. While I don't know much about plumbing, the builder who did our remodeling does. He had never met Chris before and played no role in hiring him for our project. He has extremely high standards and couldn't say enough good things to me about Chris. He thought Chris was very professional and was really impressed that Chris paid a lot of attention to structural things as well as just doing things that would work. So Chris' end product looked good as well as performed well. The builder said Chris' work was very clean - not just in terms of how it was laid out, but how he left the pipes and drain areas looking. Chris pointed out that despite multiple cleanings, he didn't think the new faucet worked all that well. (I had bought the faucet.) He advised me what to ask for from the manufacturer, and told me to call him and he would come back to install the new piece for free. Chris is now going to be our permanent plumber, replacing the one we've used for over 25 years, and I will recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.

Chris was awesome -- worked with my schedule, did exactly what he said he'd do, and wrestled without complaint with rodding out a shower drain that apparently was much more clogged than it had any reason to be (rental units, sigh). I was really grateful for all his work, and he clearly has a lot of expertise. Everyone needs a reliable plumber!!

Chris did an amazing job - was efficient and thorough and my dryer started drying more efficiently immediately. My dryer is in a tight space and my outdoor exhaust is 15 feet off the ground. Chris handled both complexities with ease.

Chris was Awesome! He was a little late but not unreasonably late at all so he told me that he would install new metal ducts for me at no charge, along with caulking the outside vent. I was already getting a bargain as I got him on a special advertising deal on Angie's list which was $119.00 for two dryer vent cleanings. I mean...how can you beat that? Chris was here a lot longer than expected because of the new duct work but never said a word about his time. I offered to pay him something for the duct because I knew that he spent a lot of extra time on it and he only took $20.00 for materials. I actually feel bad. Next year when he comes by to clean the dryer vents (included in what I paid today) I am going to give him a well- deserved tip! Great Job. Conscientious. I feel much better knowing that my dryer isn't a fire hazard. From what I understand, Chris is a plumber by trade so when I need one...I will be calling him. Thanks Chris and Happy Holiday's!
