Description of Work: I asked for an estimate for concrete repair and/or stamping for my patio and they said they don't do decorative work, which is an absolute lie if you look at their website. So glad I found out now that they're unprofessional.

Description of Work: They poured a new driveway and we had a new patio done at the same time. the guys were great told us each day what was going on, checked with us for any concerns. They did an awesome job

Description of Work: They removed and installed a new concrete sidewalk.

Description of Work: Hired to replace shed slab, front sidewalk and resurface front step. Only did first two and said it was too cold to resurface step. Understandable but I had to ask after I received the bill for all services. Wouldn't listen to want I wanted. I wanted a new step on front wall to compensate for ground sinking and he said a ramp would be nice. I said no to ramp but after the frame was built I asked where the step would be and he said the ramp would be better. Only after I rejected that and insisted on a step did he build the frame for a step. Also was not familiar with building code and the inspector did not approve on first inspection and he had to come out and add reinforcements. Worst, the shed pad was above ground so when the frame was removed the gravel started falling out so he told me to throw some dirt around it to keep the gravel in. I had to pay someone else to fix that problem. Overall a terrible experience.

Description of Work: Through TMW website scheduled an appointment for driveway work estimate 1 week ahead for Tuesday September 22 at 3:30 PM. On Monday 21st at 9 PM I've got an e-mail that my appointment was declined since company is already completely booked for 2015, but arrangements for Tuesday were already made by me. As I understand 1 week ago when I was making an appointment all that information was already known, so I rated them F for Responsiveness and Professionalism.

Description of Work: They gave us a new front walkway and patio. They were professional, on time, and took their time in explaining every aspect of what they were going to do. Cleaned up and it looks great.

Description of Work: TMW poured two concrete pads for me. The activities were performed without a problem and met my expectations. I'm very happy with the results.

Description of Work: We have met Tyrone Ward last fall to start the replacement of the replacement of our sidewalk and the removal of stone in front of our front garden. The worked is to be started in May 2015. At this point we are very happy with how things have proceeded.

Description of Work: Called for estimate. Had to leave message. Received a return call with an automated response, but never received any follow up call. Called again and same issue. Using technology is great, but not following through with personal contact is not the way to run a business.
