Panelli Mold Pros was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They were proactive and responsive to questions and requests and did the job well. Mold fully removed, surface and subsurface areas disinfected. Discolored wood surfaces were all cleaned and restored, work completed as promised in quality, cost and timing.

Description of Work: We found mold in three cabinets in our basement. Pinnelli Mold Pros removed the paneling behind the cabinets to expose the foundation and found a crack starting from the window. They removed and treated all black mold and fogged the entire basement to disinfect.

They came right away for a free consultation and did a thorough job looking at all the places I wanted/needed checked. Their communication during the consultation and process of doing the job was excellent. They even talked again with my husband just so we were all on the same page. They took care of my house and family. Great work guys we finally slept good and can breathe clean air. Edit to Add 2/15/2024 I posted a review earlier and wanted to add that besides great communication and cared to get the job done right, they also discovered a major issue with the structure of my attic. As soon as they seen the issue they contacted us right away so we can get it taken care of. It is a big safety hazard that could have ended badly. So thank you for catching it and letting us know. I will be forever grateful.

there was mold condensation in our heating and air conditioning ducts and they eradicated the whole entire house all surfaces inside the house. they did an excellent job . he got it done the next day and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended.

This includes looking for water seepage areas around your home or business's grounds, inspecting all areas high and low, including foundations, roofs, gutters, window wells, windows, and doors. We also conduct a thorough inspection of the interior of your home. Our mold inspection includes the attic, crawlspace, basement, garage, sinks, showers, toilets, pipes, water heater, windows, and doors. We also inspect all rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, laundry rooms, and even closets.
If we suspect issues with air quality we can run mold test. This is an environmentally friendly process. All instruments used are approved for certified mold inspections. We send your samples out to highly-rated third-party laboratories that provide us with in-depth reports within 24 - 72 hours.
We will call you to discuss the lab results with you immediately, reviewing all details and answering your questions. If the tests reveal you have mold issues, we can review your mold remediation options to remove, repair, and, if necessary, rebuild the area.
