Excellent!!! The windows are so clean it looks like they are open, so clear!!!

I was delighted with the service! The crew arrived on time and went to work immediately. I have a two-story house with a walkout basement (so three stories on the back side), which required the use of ladders. They cleaned all of the windows beautifully - they are spotless! My sills had also gotten very dirty, and it was explained that the problem was a prior window cleaner (not Shine-Brite) had put the screens in backwards! They ensured all of my windows were locked prior to leaving. Shine-Brite was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and professional; I will definitely use them again.

As always, they were prompt and professional. I don't have to worry about double checking their work, the crew leader does that and all windows sparkle. I just can't watch when they are on very tall ladders at the A frame.

Service went very well and have them on many ocassions. Team is very courteous and professional.

They used Google Earth so they could see the house while I was on the phone asking for a quote. Made getting an immediate and accurate quote possible. Very slick. When it came to providing the service, they were on time, extremely pleasant, and very professional. They went about their work quickly and efficiently, while still taking the time to explain everything. At the end they gave me time to look around and see it they had missed anything. Very nice job.

As a husband of a particular wife who could not be home when the Shine-Brite crew was scheduled to be at our home, I was nervous to be left in charge. My wife was blown away when she arrived home and asked me how things went...my response was, "most professional crew we've had in our home in 10 years of living in the Chicagoland area. They had exemplary work ethic and integrity." She wanted to know if we could schedule a standing appointment every year! Boy, did they put me to ease; and, not to fail to mention that my wife did not leave the checkbook behind, I had zero cash on me and they do not take credit cards -- they fully trusted me to pay from an invoice. I was called out on business to travel the next week to San Diego and forgot to put the check in the mail before leaving nor asked my wife to do so while I was traveling. Terry Anderson, owner and operator, was nothing less than a decent, good guy in his patience with me -- highly professional just like his operation! Shine-Brite was on-time, worked their tails off and impressed the neighbors all around us -- our neighbors came over to ask about their services. Our neighbors continue to talk about our windows and Shine-Brite's work. Our mid-20 year old children noticed their work, too -- they will definitely be invited back to our home and we will very readily have our payment in-hand for the outstanding services they provide!

I have used this service now for several years, normally twice each year, spring and fall and am completely impressed with the process and lasting effect. We have been fortunate enough to have had the same guy/lead team member each time and are completely pleased with him and his team. MANY THANKS GUYS!!!

The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were super courteous and very thorough; they even went over the windows on a final check to make sure the glass was spotless. We had requested a check on a clogged downspout, and the crew foreman went above and beyond by removing a fair amount of debris from the gutters along with discarding broken gutter guards. My family and I felt completely comfortable having them in the house, which was not the case with two other window cleaning companies I used in the past. I plan to set up an appointment with Brite Shine for November for the same services. Although I have paid less in the past, I rated Shine Brite's price as excellent due the quality of the product they provided.

I have a lot of windows and some are three stories above the ground due to a walk out basement. All have removable mullion grilles. I haveUV filtering films on about half of the windows and it is easily damaged by using the wrong cleaning product or scraping. I have had bad experiences with most other window washing companies I have hired so I don't have it done as frequently as I should. Jeff and his team did a great job. They were very nice and polite. They listened to my concerns prior to starting. They use a spray on cleaning product rather than buckets of soapy water and squeegees so there is no mess whatsoever. They were quick, efficient, and thorough. I was very impressed by the quality of their work and would definitely recommend them to others.

Everything went great! The guys were very professional and did a very good job. Dan, the crew manager, made sure that everything was as I wanted it, and they put everything back as it was. He even swept cobwebs out of the window wells. The only thing that was not 100% was that the basement ledges were not cleaned. I talked to Donna in the office and she said that those are not technically sills. But she and I agreed that we would have cleaned those--it only takes a few swipes while they're already spraying. But this is the best window cleaning company that I've ever used and I will use them again.

Outstanding work - again. We've used them before because their prices are reasonable, and they are very professional. A three person crew did the work in about 1.5 hours, and the windows, screens, and sills are sparkling. They use foam type window cleaner, not the 'windex like' pure liquid. For us, this means it comes out cleaner, and there is no dripping inside our out. Additionally, they were very flexible in their timing. They were even willing to start at 7:15am (we live two towns over)!

Their punctuality and their phenomenal quality stood out.

My neighbor and I contacted them about cleaning our windows. They gave us a discount for booking both houses on the same day. They arrived on time and were very friendly. We have multiple dogs in the house and they were very conscious about keeping an eye on them. When they were done, they showed us around and made sure we were happy with the work. They offered to contact us in the spring to return. The work was thorough and they left nothing behind for me to clean up.

I have used Shine-Brite once a year for about 5 years. Communication by phone is excellent, and the project is usually completed in about 3 hours.

This is the second time we have had Don's crew. They are great, fast, efficient, and the glass has no streaks and is so clean now. We can have clean windows now to help thru Winter! We have 14 windows including a bay window. Don's crew of 4 had everything shiny clean and sparkling in less than a hr! I'll never do windows again when Shine-Brite and Don's crew can come out! Much better job than I could ever do! -thanks-Don!

We've used Shine-Brite for a number of years and they always give good service. They show up when they say they will, generally with 4-6 people and complete all the windows (over 40) within an hour. They take down all the items in front of windows and carefully replace when finished. Windows are always carefully finished and sparkle. Well recommended.

I am very impressed with the work done by Shine Brite. I have always washed my own windows, but they have never been this clean. Now, even after several weeks, the windows still shine. They washed our 2nd story windows on the outside, and they were able to get up to our 2nd floor window in our entryway with no problem. The guys came through the house in no time with a team of several men. They were efficient, made sure that they did not leave a mess, and were friendly and courteous. My only regret was that I didn't do this years ago!

They were very prompt and throughly cleaned the windows, and sills. Our windows are older and hard to clean and get out to clean. They did an excellant job. In and out in an hour! They left a can of the glass cleaning product they used.Will be calling them again!

3700 sq ft house with lots of windows. Crew arrived on time. I went over the job in detail with the foreman. Crew completed job within expect time range. I reviewed the results without significant issues. Wrote the check.... They do a good job. I wish all services delivered what they sell.... good service.
