Shine Brite is an amazing company. It had been a couple of years since we had the windows cleaned by them. They are anxious to please customers, prompt, detail oriented and honest about the condition of your windows. Shine Brite actually cares about your windows, they are not just there to clean them. My windows are amazingly clean, I had a great time having them here, I trust them completely and refer them to as many people as I can.

VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. GREAT ATTITUDES OF ALL 4-MEMEBER-CREW INCLUDING CLEAN CUT APPEARANCE WHICH WAS IMPORTANT TO ME. I FELT COMFORTABLE AND CONFIDENT AND THEIR WORKMANSHIP AND RESULTS CONFIRMED THIS. I AM USING THEM AGAIN. PRICE WAS HIGHER THAN I HAVE EXPERIENCED...HOWEVER!!! THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS DEFINATELY WORTH THE COMPLETE PACKAGED PRICE AND PEACE OF MIND .

I've used them for 3 years now twice per year. Jeff and his crew always do a wonderful job, are punctual, and very professional. They are even great about throwing in little extras like dusting off the tops of the curtains and the ceiling fan that are in a room with a vaulted ceiling ( 23 foot high ceiling). They call me at the beginning of the spring and fall to schedule an appointment.

I can't say enough good things about Shine-Brite. I have been a customer for over 15 years, when Terry first started his business while attending college. His office calls in the spring and fall to set up scheduling and calls a day or so prior to work to remind you. The workers are clean-cut, friendly, professional, always on time, respect your home, and absolutely the nicest group of workers that I have dealt with over the years.

The service was excellent. They were very professional.

Arrived on time. Crew of 4-5 people. Cleaned the windows inside and out. Cleaned the screens. Cleaned the skylight. Cleaned the windows in the sun room. Did an excellent job overall. We've used annually for several years and will continue to use.

They arrived right at the scheduled time. They did a great job. The windows just sparkled afterwards...whole house was brighter. When they were finished they left me a new can of the product they used to clean with.

They also cleaned 6 chandeliers, 8 skylights and 6 fans. They did a great job, they used all tarps on the job. They are a great team; just came in and got the work done! I will definitely use them again.

They did a fantastic job. We have always used them in the past to do our windows. The thing I like the best is that the same person is always in charge.

I have used them for quite a few years and it is always a pleasant experience. Since they bring in high ladders, they have even volunteered to change light bulbs in the upper most area of my A frame. Just a pleasure to deal with.

They are so neat and tidy. They are quick, good, and they are just great.

Shine-Brite responded with a price estimate over the phone and on site, the foreman explained pricing options that included and didn't include cleaning a permanent screened-in porch's glass windows and doors. Even with setting up scaffolds to reach second story windows, the entire job was completed in under a half hour. We were pleasantly surprise to note that, without asking, the garage and storm doors were also cleaned. Now that we are ''in the computer'', Shine Brite will call us twice a year for a window cleaning reminder. The foreman also mentioned, as a future service, that Shine-Brite can take apart, thoroughly clean, and reassemble our ''Slim-Shade'' (in-window mini-blinds) Pella windows - the first time we haven't had a service person groan at having to work with our finely crafted, but difficult to put together, Pella windows. We will be regular customers of Shine Brite in the future.

THEY ARE THE TOPS. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO CALL THEM BACK TO FIX ANYTHING. THEY DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

THE CREW WAS FAST, EFFICIENT AND VERY POLITE. THE ESTIMATOR WHO CAME OUT FIRST WAS PROFESSIONAL AND LOW PRESSURE. ALL IN ALL, AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. WE HAVE A LARGE TWO-STORY HOUSE WITH MANY WINDOWS, SO WE FELT THE PRICE FOR THE WORK DONE WAS VERY REASONABLE.

ON MY TWO STORY HOUSE WITH BASEMENT, THERE ARE OVER 50 WINDOWS MOST WITH STORMS. THE 4 PERSON CREW ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. VERY PROFESSIONAL
