PRIM & TIDY

When called by the owner to verify job completion, we immediately detailed our above complaints. The owner replied that we would not have these complaints if we used them more often. We would not recommend Prim and Tidy to any customers.

We were originally attracted by the price, but unfortunately, we got far less than what we paid for. On several occasions, significant areas of the home were left untouched, such as all of our kitchen countertops & entire rooms of hardwood flooring. Even though we cleared everything off our counters & floors, we routinely came home after cleanings to find crumbs, dust bunnies, & sticky areas that should have been cleaned. We communicated a window of time that worked for our kids' nap times--starting any time before 11:00--but the cleaners came late & in the middle of nap-time on some occasions. When I brought these problems to the owner's attention, she was defensive & refused to accept responsibility, so we ended the business relationship. The main problems seem to be: (1) The workers are hurried & over-scheduled; (2) None of the workers are assigned the task of checking over the house at the end of the job. They need more effective schedule & personnel management. Under no circumstances would I recommend this company to anyone.

THERE CHARGE WAS HIGHER THAN THE ACTUAL ESTIMATE GIVEN, AND THEY DID NOT DO THE JOB TO MY EXPECTATIONS.
