Within seconds of requesting help from Service Magic, I was contacted by Peter Sallas of A-Plus Garage Door Inc. Approx. 1 hour later my Garage door was being repaired. Peter came out with-in 1 hour and was very professional and speedy. He went above and beyond by double checking all hinges and tracks for the garage door. He also adjusted the electric garage door opener to the proper settings without asking. I would recomend his service to anyone.

On time, worked after office hours and Peter is a pleasant guy.

VERY POLITE AND PUNCTUAL.

After calling me to discuss the problem we had, he made an appointment with me to come that day. He reviewed our opener. We discussed repair vs. replace. We opted to replace since the opener was old and we wanted a quieter one. He provided literature on 2 belt drive openers. It came down to price and his quote was higher for the same item, and the offer didn't include an outside keypad. I explained the other quotes I had received on the phone from other pros and asked him to match that. I spent $10 more than the lowest quote, but was glad to give him the business since he was more local and offered to come to our home. Job well done.

Peter came out the next day after we talked, and was right on time.. The work was done quickly and satisfactorily. I will use A Plus garage door the next time I need work done. Great job!!!!!

I thought I would need a new door or at the least one new panel. The hinge screws on one of the rollers had pulled out and could not be re-installed because the inside threads were stripped. Peter was able to use larger self tapping screw to reattach the hinge for a minimal charge. He then inspected all other components and lubricated the required parts. He was very responsive to my phone call and showed up the same morning I called. Nice experience.

I looked up contractors on Service Magic and was contacted by Peter within 3 minutes of typing my description of the problem. He came out the next day at the exact time we had made the appointment for, was professional and had some very insightfull tips for garage door care.
