The experience was that if speedy and great service. A-Plus tech called within seconds, literally. Tech was at premise when he said and had the parts with him. WOW!! What I thought would take a day or days only took 15 mins as the tech said. When in need, call A-plus. Great experience over all.

Representative was knowledgeable and professional. He took care to make sure I understood the problems, the solutions, and the cost before he completed the work.

Peter did a fantastic job of first responding to my service request within a minute of submitting it, and then worked with me to get it done on the needed day. Other garage door people had submitted bids, but none were lower, and ever got upset that we wouldn't let the know what A+ was going to do it for, and wanted to underbid them. I thought the others were unethical and shifty. Peter was so polite and always said "Thank you" even when we asked for him to resend his bid. I would use him again if ever needed!

i thought i needed a new opener but when he looked at it, he said i did not, i only needed a new gear which he installed, adjusted the springs and lubricated the rails. so instead of a bill of close to $400, it cose me less than $75. WOW, he could have easily installed the new opener and what would i have known. this is the 3rd time i have used your service to find a pro, and each time the quality and ethics of the tradesmen has wowed me. I have recommended not only the tradesmen i have used to all my friends, but also your servied. sure beats using the yellow pages
