I called Computer Physician who had been to my home for several years , annually to update spyware, malware, etc. He came Jan 30 My computer would not start up. He did not test it. He took the side off, pulled out the power supply and told me it could not be fixed. Sold me on a new computer, he had in his truck....It was over 2 years old for $1500. Then he proceeded to tell me my NetGear router which was new, would not work, and sold me on a used router for $250. He did not install anything! When he left my printer would not work, our phone system was down, my email would not connect. Comcast came out 3 days later and told me he had never connected our phone line to the router. He reconnected my NetGear router and it works. I called Baker after he was here and told him this was not working. He came back on Thursday, Feb 7 and refused to refund my money and take his computer and router, keyboard back. He said he set up another Norton system, but I do not have the information on it. He offered me $800 for the computer and router and threatened to call the police when I ask him if I was a good customer. He is crazy! I called Best Buy and they could have fixed my Sony power supply. Dale Baker took my Sony away and said he recycled it!
