Excellent experience. responded to my Angie's list request. Three contractors responded. Presell guy Austin O'Malley was very professional, answered all my questions and helped me compare apples/apples on three proposals. Paul's crew was on time, did first class work, spared our extensive landscaping and finished the job in two days. Price quoted was price charged and paid. I don't expect to need these replaced but I would use PGG for other roofing or repair work. I could not be happier with the job they did.

Definitely a stand-up business. We had some accidental damage to a gas meter that we didn't think we were gonna get charged for, then a week after paying PGG we did end up getting a bill from nicor. Called PGG, they dropped off a $400 check THE NEXT MORNING to cover our bill. Highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Excellent work at a fair price. I would rate them A if they had taken the trouble to clean up with a magnetic sweep and pick up all the screws left behind. There were a lot of them - in the grass around the house, on the driveway (nice way to get a flat tire), and even some on the kids' trampoline in the backyard. So hire them, but put a magnetic sweep in the contract.

Excellent. Austin and Paul were very knowledgable and professional. I added guards the day of install and they were able to accommodate.

Amazing Job! I interviewed 5 companies because I, have a custom home that we purchased from someone else and after 30 years, it had developed some serious problems. We had water damage to cedar trim around windows and to many of our facia boards. I wanted a solution to the water problems and the siding replaced or repaired. This company was the only one that came up with a complete plan that would revitalize our entire exterior and at a VERY FAIR PRICE. It involved trimming and/or replacing trim board that had rotted, wrapping all of the fascia in custom formed aluminum, installing new gutters, installing new siding on the front of our house, painting the cedar to match existing color (that I provided to them) and REPAIRING siding in two other areas. If you call them, Austin will be out to give you an estimate. He's extremely knowledgeable and he works for Paul. Paul is the company owner and he is on the job site doing the work and overseeing everything, every day. He is a master craftsman when it comes to a home's exterior and it's not just in the part you can see now, it's the care that he's taken that's beneath the siding and aluminum that will ensure a quality job that will last. This is a small company, with a three man crew + Austin who does the estimates. Call them! Not only did they do all this work, they did it for a very fair price. I would not hesitate to call them again for any and all exterior work. I will recommend them to my neighbors and co-workers. I took the time to detail photos because I often rely on user reviews to help inform my decisions when it comes to home repairs and remodeling and hope this review will help others.

P.G.G. was excellent from the start. I received 3 quotes from siding companies and they stood out. Austin is a true professional who cares about the product and the company. He was very thorough and explained exactly what they will do and why. It was finally great to meet a company that will spend a great deal of time with you to help you make the best decision. I even had them replace rotten boards and other tasks that were not included and they were very fair on pricing for the added work. Paul (the owner) and his crew were very prompt and efficient with the work performed. Paul cares about his companies work ethic and the quality he provides. He brought up several areas that he felt needed to be addressed and managed the work beautifully. I felt very comfortable with them and was very impressed with the final results. All the neighbors, family and friends commented that the house looks amazing. I would highly recommend P.G.G.

They were great! They were willing to take on the small project, plus were able to fit us in right away in order to help us not avoid delaying the cement work! Even came back out right away when we had a small issue! FANTASTIC! Thank you so much!

Austin came out to look at the siding. He said that the missing panels can be reattached and that I don't need to replace the whole side of the house. He had a solution to help strengthen the area to prevent a recurrence. None of the other contractors volunteered a solution. When it came to the wind damage, the repair was quickly and efficiently performed. The repair for the dryer vent took more work then originally estimated. They work was done without any up charge for labor. Both repair areas looked good as new. They picked up all debris, leaving no trace that they were on property. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about P.G.G. Construction. I interviewed four companies for this job. Both my husband and myself are structural engineers and I built custom homes for over eight years so we knew what questions to ask and what to look for when hiring a contractor. Upon receiving different estimates not only did P.G.G.'s superintendent Austin stand out with his knowledge and immediate responsiveness but their price was also the lowest! They were very quick to schedule and install our gutters. Paul, one of the owners actually installed them. He was on time, extremely hard working and he also completely cleaned up the perimeter of the house. During the installation Austin stopped by frequently to check on things and explain and resolve any issues that came up. Their knowledge, professionalism, price and quick responsiveness far exceeds most contractors that I have ever worked with. We will definitely be referring them to everyone we know!!!

It went as described by Austin and Paul. I appreciate that they were willing to paint areas revealed by the gutter replacement.

Austin was fantastic. He was always responsive, and answered any/all of our questions promptly and intelligently. The crew was neat and organized and the work performed was top-notch and the job went without a hitch. The crew and Austin all take pride in their work, and it shows. It's been 7-months since they did the job and all looks great! They weren't the cheapest quote, but the value for the money was well worth it.

Very satisfied with work. P.G.G. was prompt in providing the estimate which was fair and accurate. The work was done on time. The crew cleaned up at the end of every work day. Austin followed up after the job was complete to assure our satisfaction. Very happy with P.G.G. and would definitely use again for other projects.

Austin came out and was very friendly and knowledgable. He explained the cause of our siding damage and the options to repair and solve the issue. We also wanted to look into gutter guards for our second story and Austin ended up recommending a solution that was 1/3 of what other systems might be. I appreciate selling the right solution, not just the most expensive one. When it came time for the work, Paul was able to come out within a few days and was very quick in doing all the work, including installing the gutter screens, repairing a portion of the gutter/downspout and replacing the siding. All in all, they were professional, efficient, and provided good,reasonable recommendations. Can't ask for more, I'm glad we reached out to them.

He had great ideas on color and how to redesign the gutter system. He made the process easy and stress free, he even pointed out things on the house to keep an eye on in the future. P. G. G. was very responsive to my initial service request. I initially contacted them on March 18. Austin O., the salesperson, was out the next day and the job was completed on March 28. They were prompt, professional and the work was of very high quality. I would use them again.

Austin came and walked around the house showing me the different places were the wood needed to be replaced, and left an estimate. They were very professional, clean and punctual.

The job went extremely well. We received numerous complements from our neighbors. The owner, Paul, was with his crew at the job site every day from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (until dark) until the job was finished. Throughout the project, Paul was very responsive and accomodating to our requests. The crew was punctional, very clean and picked up all of the debris. The salesperson, Austin, spent a lot of time with us going over different options and making helpful suggestions.
