The only negative would be that I was unable to pay for it over the phone via my credit card even though I understand the liability that comes from that.

He came the same day I called and called me as to the time he would arrive. He was very knowledgeable as to solving our problem with the lock on our door. He offered to vacuum up his mess after he installed a new one, but I told him I would take care of it. He was done in about one hour.
