GSD Construction quoted my gutter project within one day of me calling. They came to install my new gutters two days after I accepted their quote. Gutters look great and are performing well. Gammal was great to work with from start to finish. Great price too. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

They went out of their way to find me the best match for my new gutters.

Kept appointment on time, gave quick and detailed quote, started project when they said they would. Did excellent work at the fair and reasonable price exactly as we agreed initially. dependable, courteous, quick and quality work performance.

Jeff applied the Gaco Full Waterproofing System on our flat roof in June 2018. He also installed an attic fan. When the roof leaked again after a heavy rain, I called Jeff and he quickly came out and applied another coat of the product. After the heavy snow on Sunday-Monday, the leak that was supposed to have been corrected initially re-occurred in our dining room. I called on Monday and have not yet received a response. In addition, I have contacted Jeff about the attic fan being noisy. When I spoke with him several weeks ago about that he was going to schedule a time to come out and look at it. I never received a call back from him. When the work was initially completed and the follow up I was impressed by Jeff's concern and attention to the problem that followed. However, now I am frustrated by the lack of follow through with the return of the old leak and the attic fan issue. I paid GSD $3425.00 for work completed and I am right back to where I was at the start.

I highly recommend GSD Construction.

I cancelled this job after paying the initial deposit of half the project cost. No work was performed. I have requested the return of my deposit of $1150 and have been given the run around; told it would be sent out and not having gotten it. They haven't returned numerous phone calls and still hold my money.

They deliver on a clear and simple contract, for a fair price. I would recommend GSD, they are punctual and do not beat around the bush. They have truly earned their 5 stars reputation.
