Third vehicle we've purchased from them. I'd give them all "A's". We'd go to them if we needed another vehicle. I think because I bring my car in there for service, I see my salesman every other month, when I'm there for an oil change, they are like neighbors to me. It's just a very comfortable feeling every time I walk into the dealership.

We've been using them for 8 years. They are very honest and timely. I don't feel that they charge any more than a regular mechanic and I trust they work on my car all week long, the make of my car. If they are working on my car, chances are they've seen the issue before, maybe even the week before so it gets fixed quickly. I will continue to use them.

Car was returned to the dealership within the first week of purchase for a problem with ignition key not releasing when the car was turned off and put in park. Also in this problem occurred the car would not stay in park it could be knocked out of park by just impact on the shift knob without releasing the lock. The problem is that when the dealer got the car the problem would disappear at the beginning. The problem continued intermittently. Finally it stayed for a long enough time that it was given to the dealer with the problem occurring so the dealer could actually observe what was happening. Since the car was sold by the Chrysler dealer but was a Ford product it was sent to a local Ford dealer to affect the repair. However by the time the car was transferred to the Ford dealer we were told the problem had disappeared again and they could not duplicate it. After the car was returned a simple internet search show that the problem was the shifter assembly and that needed to be replaced because the ignition release mechanism was worn in the shifter causing the problem. When the video was emailed to the dealer proving the problem existed what caused it and how to fix it the dealer then refused to do the repair because supposedly the problem could not be duplicated when the Ford dealer had it. The dealership no longer returns phone calls nor is anybody available when the dealership is visited.

We bought a $38,000 Durango in 2012 and purchased an oil change plan for $300 which was supposed to provide ten oil changes free of charge. I would advise against this service for anyone because the wait time for the oil change is far too long. Much more importantly however, we had three portable DVD players and a case of about 25 DVDs stolen from our vehicle during the service. We know without a doubt that this occurred. I tried for four weeks to get the management of the dealership to work with me, to investigate the incident, and to compensate us for the loss. They avoided me until I began calling every day, and finally said they would do nothing. I now must file a police report and take it up with my insurance company. Incredibly disappointing.

They are honest and personal, getting involved with running their business and exhibit excellent leadership. I have purchased several cars from them and intend to continue doing business with them. It was a recall for my warranty, so it did not cost anything. Their waiting room is small, dirty, and dingy yet they were really professional. They are in town, so I use them. I would use them again.
