Very responsive. Fixed the problems. Very expensive.

This gentleman by name Amer came to my house and explained to me the problem why my outlets are not powering up garbage disposal. This garbage disposal was working for 15 years and all of a sudden quit. He said the problem is the electrical circuit and that ruined my disposal also and he quoted $250 for half hour of work. He changed a GFIC and one outtlet and said go ahead get your garbage disposal installer and took check for $250 and cashed it immediately . WHen the installer came he found no power. And the way Amer installed GFIC was wrong. It was showing red color as opposed to green. When I asked Amer it is normal color. Now he heard the problem of no power to newly installed disposal and promised to come back and fix the electrical wiring. He did not show up. He said some excuses and he promised to come another time and I came back from work waiting for him and stood me up again. He texted me that he is busy in WIsconsin and he said he sent me a check for $200 keeping $50 for parts he used. It has been more than two weeks ago he said he posted and the check is in the mail and never came. I lost all hope and hired someone else to fix the problem which I got it fixed for $200. Now this cheat Amer has not send me check yet. He is incompetent, dishonest and a cheat. He should never be hired for any work

Fast response to initial request for assistance. Amer came out for a quote and completed the work the next day! My flickering flush mount ceiling light was fixed in record time. Amer explained everything in understandable terms, worked efficiently and left the work area clean. A great experience!

The two guys that were there to assist the owner were not able to communicate well with our tenant once they were supposedly finished with the job. Once the owner came back to pick them up, he explained everything to us and at that time we decided they would have to return a few days later in order to complete the job. Once it was fully completed we were satisfied with the outcome. A bit high, but we needed it done ASAP.

Contractor was courteous, very professional, and amazingly fast in presenting for the work and completing it. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
