WEBB MASONRY RESTORATION

There is no doubt that Dan is a friendly guy, and makes a great first impression. However, his work on the adjacent building has been going on five months now, and he has made very little progress on the restoration of the brick balconies. He is rarely at the job site, and when he comes, it usually is for an hour or two. He often comes alone, or with a very small crew. There is no end in sight to this project. Meanwhile, the disruption to the neighborhood and to the adjacent property owners is severe, and we have lost patience with Dan. Our sidewalk is closed, my property has poles, construction horses, and temporary fencing on it, and people have to walk in the street to get by his work site. Dan promised me in writing that he would not stick a dumpster in front of my house, then went ahead and did it anyway. His dumpster has sat there for months. He also put his scaffolding on the property of the neighbor who owns the house on the other side. Again, Dan comes across as a nice guy, but I would think twice before hiring him, especially for a big project.

He is a nice man. He came out to view the job promptly. He called a few days later and left a message. When I returned his call and hour later he seemed to have forgotten that he called me and could not remember the project or even coming out to see it. After some prompting, he did recollect his visit and said that he would have a price for me in a few days, That was weeks ago. I can only assume that he is too busy, so good for him.

He was a little slow coming out, but when he did he was great. It was smaller job. He did work. He explained everything.

They are really professional and are very punctual. It is a small team and so you work right with the owner of the company. They are very thorough in what they are doing. They are stone craftsman so they are very good.

This guy does fine work and I was very pleased with the service. He was on time, friendly and extremely hard working. They were done in no time and the price was reasonable as well. Overall, I was very impressed with the work.
