Prompt, professional, fastidious, went above and beyond to get all the moss power washed from the cracks between our patio bricks.

Jose is a true professional. Very pleasant and great to work with. We have two sitting areas on our back patio that we re in desperate need of a power wash. He stopped by and gave us an estimate. As promised, Jose did all the work himself. He took pictures of how we had our furniture set up so he could put it back just the way it was. Very efficient and meticulous. Would never know he was here except for for the patio, which looks brand new. Jose was so nice. After he finished the job, I went out to pay him; He was cleaning off all of our exterior windows on the back of the house with soapy water and a squeegee. The windows were not part of the project as we did not ask for them to be cleaned. He said, As long as I have all my stuff out here, I thought I d take care of it for you. he did not charge me for the service. I will most definitely use Jose and Washee Washee again. Quality and professional service at a very fair price.

Jose stopped by to give me an estimate and I hired him on the spot! He did an excellent and thorough job at the price I wanted. Loved that he showed me some before and after pictures of my gutters and that he did a great clean up job! I would definitely recommend!

Gutters seemed to flow ok when he demonstrated they flowed ok with a garden hose. He skipped doing 3 of my basement windows and I don't know why, as those were the easiest. So out I go, washing the 3 windows myself and it took me all of 15 minutes and I'm probably twice this guy's age. Aside from that I would give them 5 stars in all categories.

I selected Washee Washee from several recommended by Home Advisosr beccause I wanted the partial home-wash done quickly since my neighbor was having a gathering the next day and I didn't want them to have to look at the green mold on the north side of my home. If I had more time I might have solicited several bids and gotten a smaller price for this project, but Yazmin and Jose seemed most professional, gave me a quote on site and were ready to do the work right away. I my neighbor watched them work and was so pleased with the quality that she asked for an extimate to powerwash their entire home. I will definitely call Yazmin and Jose when I am ready for another power wash or when I have my windows cleaned. Most profressional and accomodating. Thank you!

Yazmin and Jose did excellent work. They were very amenable to my special requests for my old house. They clearly explained the work they would do. They worked diligently and carefully. I would hire them again.

Actually I hired this company because he stopped by in person to provide an estimate which seemed reasonable and he could do the work right then. It happened to be a beautiful sunny day with several sunny days to follow so everything fell perfectly into place. I’ll definitely use them again.

What a terrible job he did for my canopies. If I could take pictures and send them I would. We have to clean up after him for the windows and the ground. I would never recommend this guy.
