He was very nice to work with. He has a pleasant personality and he seemed capable of doing a variety of things. He was neat and was able to complete the projects quickly.

They show up. The quality is good and he does exactly what I want. They do a good job.

A wonderfully professional job was done! They paid attention to detail, dealt with the craziness of my two small barking dogs and both jobs came out perfect! In addition, Robert didn't do the job --even though he had booked the time-- on two days when they were repaving my street and a couple of rain days (how could we have rain days this summer?) because he knew it would impact the quality. I appreciate that level of professionalism -- even though I know it had a negative impact on his work schedule. The shower caulking is perfect and makes the walk-in shower look brand new. In fact, he even got some nasty rust stains off the tile that I hadn't been able to get rid of. The front door is stunning! My house is one of three attached townhouses and I bet my neighbors will want to do their doors. In addition, any time he is here, Robert is willing to replace high light bulbs for me and those sort of tasks. Also, on one of his first visits, I had him look at my dryer because the timer isn't working. Based on the price of the new piece, he recommended I buy a new dryer rather than invest in repair. That is integrity! I would definitely use UpKeep again and recommend them to others!

Robert is professional and courteous. He is great with electric work, plumbing and just about any repair. He charges $70/ which is fair for the level of service. I have used him several times now and have been pleased with all his work.
