Some house keys disappeared that I had hidden outside in case I got locked out. Frantic, I called Tom from work the next morning. He called me back within 15 minutes of me leaving the message. He came promptly when I got home, and replaced the cylinders in four deadbolts and doorknobs on the house, and one deadbolt and doorknob on the garage. He also made me seven sets of keys, and fixed four of the locks so they operate much easier and smoother than they did before. The nice thing was he could make the keys in his truck for me, and he color-coded them, using gold keys for the house and silver for the garage, making it much easier for me to find them in the dark. He also suggested installing a lock box for an emergency key, which never occurred to me before, although I decided not to do this. I thought his cost was very reasonable for all the work he did, and the fact that he came after working hours, at my convenience to complete it. He was very accommodating, very nice, professional, low-key, and he addressed all my concerns. I was very, very happy he came right away, and that everything is working better than before. I would definitely call him again.

He works from his truck to make new keys which are very reasonable. He is excellent, he is very neat and he is incredibly helpful and happy to do whatever you need relating to keys.

He was here about an hour and I thought the price was a little high. He was quick and responsive. The friendliness and professionalism was fine. He made the keys in his truck.

He was low key, punctual, honest, fair and just gave great service. He went out of his way to make us happy (he had to go get a special color of one of the locks so it would match the others, and he came back the next day without charging us twice). Awesome guy.

Great! Called Friday morning and they were able to come that day at 2:00 pm. Worked quickly, made copies of keys in van. Great service.

The reason we went with Tom this time was because we had a break in 3 to 4 years ago, so we had to get a new steel door. It didn't have a dead bolt so we called Tom to come and put a new lock mechanism and a new frame. He made it stronger to prevent break-ins. He is really reliable. I know that if we had an emergency, he would come right away. He always comes within a day. He is right on top of things too.

They are very good and I've used them before. They come on Sundays and they are good about not charging. He can make keys right in his truck and he's a good guy.

He is great. His prices are reasonable, and he does excellent work.

Tom was on time and performed the owrk quickly and with quality. My association has hired him in the past for our security needs and he always does a good job.

I don't remember all the details. But last year Tom's Locksmiths helped us with several locks. Tom came out and was very experience and helpful. We did have one issue with one lock that didn't work or broke, but he did come back right away to fix it at no additional cost. Overall, we were impressed and satisfied.

Bought a house and had to get it rekeyed. Tom was very prompt, courteous, professional, and quick. You don't meet too many servicepeople who take so much pride in their work. Memorable enough that I can remember that five years later. Highly recommend.

No one else would do this job they came out within a couple of days and fixed it. I think it was a small job and the other companies didn’t think it was worth their time. He went to a local store to get the pieces that were needed and he was upfront about the cost. He repaired it with no fuss and it was a relief to get it done. He was reliable but he was a little pricey.

I couldn't be happier with the service from Tom's Locksmith's. I called on a Wednesday to inquire about service, he came the next day, arrived on time and changed four locks and corrected a door latch that had been improperly installed. He was professional and diligent. I thought his charges were very reasonable and I would not hesitate to use him again.

It was great. He came on time and worked till the job was finished despite it took him longer than he expected since we had a special situtation with one of the doors. The job was done not only to our satisfaction but his as well.

He traveled here, made 5 keys for me. He was very efficient. I called, left him a message, and he got back to me promptly. He was also about $5 less per lock than some of the other places I called.
