Tom the locksmith was available almost immediately. I reached him at 8:30 AM and he was at my home within an hour or so. He was polite, quiet and to the best of my knowledge, reasonably priced. Ater having my purse stolen while dining at a local restaurant, it was a relief to know the thieves would not be able to enter my abode. Tom was sympathetic to my plight.

Tom is a pleasure to work with. Very quick turnaround, very low prices. He doesn't try to sell you the most expensive, he lays out the options and lets you decide for yourself. He's made several follow-up house-calls to look at small issues, and never charges for these visits.

If you are looking for a friendly, down to earth, trustworthy and extremely efficient locksmith, Tom is your man. He came out the day after I called and the job was finished quickly. He was also happy to offer suggestions about the closet locks, that have been missing keys for year.

An excellent job! The locksmith was punctual, offered two different lock options and installed the lock. They saved me considerable money, as I was told by another Northwest side locksmith that I would have to replace the door and doorframe since this lock was no longer available and the original striker plate was mounted incorrectly (true). Tom's took care of it in 45 minutes and the charge was very reasonable.

When I received the lock, I called Tom and he set up a date very quickly. He arrived as agreed, was professional, and knew what he was doing. He had to spend a little more time than we figured so as to get everything aligned correctly and the remote working smoothly, but I was happy he spent the time so all works well. This was the 2nd job Tom did for me, and whenever I need help with locks, I will give Tom my business!

Tom came the same day called. Pleasant. Would have been less, but I did not have two keys needed the locks had to be picked at 12.50 each. Promptly returned my call after service completed to answer a billing question.

Terrific. I called the day after we had the attempted break-in, and Tom came out the same day. He was quick and thorough and gave good advice. I felt much safer after he was through with his work.

I read most of Tom's reports on Angie's List. All were stellar, and I had a similar experience. He is certainly not chatty, but he is EXACTLY what I look for in a service person. He is extremely punctual, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone. We would definitely use him again.

We bought a house that had different keys for every door and wanted just one key for all. Based on the fact that he is located near our place, I called Tom on Thursday, he came on Saturday per my request and did the entire job in just over an hour. He even did some extra tweaking because that is the kind of professional he is. The price was very reasonable for the work done. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and knowledgable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
