Tom is the best. He came out right away to fix a broken lock on a door. I can't believe how fast he works for a great price.

Tom came out right when he said he would and fixed the door. It is now easy to lock and unlock.

I called Tom's service as I moved into my two flat home and then after a robbery. He has always responded quickly and reliably. The coordination of keys for multiple entrances and areas of the building was not a problem and recommendations were made that kept costs down. This work is done from the workshop on his truck that allows for quick and efficient service. When he's done, I have keys in hand and a strong sense of security.

My experience with them was excellent overall. We came into the project with some very specific requirements and they did a very good job at explaining the options we had available and made the process of changing the locks on our new home very simple and left us feeling secure.

A sliding glass door stopped locking, he figured out it was a problem with the positioning of the side plate. I needed a deadbolt installed on a closet door and some copies of keys. In and out in an hour or so. Perfect.

Tom was punctual. He was diligent, looking at all locks, removing cylinders, and going to his truck to rekey. He returned, put all locks back in and then made key copies. We then discussed payment and he left. He was very concise and easy to work with.

We were very impressed with Tom. He was terrific. He obviously knows locks and does his job well. We did have one lock that was a little loose. Tom came back the next week at fixed it a no additional cost. We would definitely use him again.

It was a very good experience. They did it fast, it was simple, and it was a very painless ordeal to deal with. The price was okay, it was a little expensive but it was okay.

He was professional and on time. He made a slight mistake, but fixed it and discounted the bill.

I'll start by saying this was around memorial weekend when I called him, and he came the next morning. We started by discussing what I wanted done, and started process. Off the checklist he went through the house, step by step working on all locks I had on site, rekeying locks, cutting keys and I wanted we didn't have to special order. When jobs were done, he always asked me to check the work to make sure I was satisfied. Tom came back a week later to complete the job after he received the locks I had ordered. When replacing the lock on the garage, he even went the extra mile by asking then installing the more secure parts at no additional cost. Tom did an excellent job fixing the door jam, paying due diligence to ensuring no sticking occurred caused by a misaligned / installed lock from the previous owner. It works great now. Oh, and he says he keys cars too. Overall, I was completely satisfied with his workmanship, expertise and would recommend him to anyone.

Our laundry door wouldn't open from the inside and the back gate was sometimes not unlocking. I called Tom and he offered to come out immediately, but I couldn't leave work. He and I worked it out to have him come the next afternoon and he called when he was on his way and when he arrived. I watched him work and it proved embarrassingly simple to correct the problems. Now everything is going smoothly and he said just to let him know if there are further problems. He hesitated a little when after offering his hand to shake mine he realized it had oil and grease on it, but I will gladly shake an honest man's hand any day.

He was responsive, ethical, timely and just everything you would want in any kind of human being, that you are going to do business with. He stayed with it even when he encountered some difficulty.

I contacted Tom via phone on 5/5 and left a message. He returned the call 10 minutes later and we set up an appointment for the next day at 11 a.m. He arrived early, surveyed the situation and asked a few questions. We agreed to replace the lock with a better quality deadbolt. He finished the work quickly, had me test the keys, and even offered advice about my front door. Tom was very friendly and definitely knows his locks!

We were delighted with Tom's work. We called at 10 am, he came over in 20 minutes and looked at the gate. We had an idea for a more expensive and complex solution, but he recommended something simpler and cheaper that worked just as well. He did the work on the spot. Less than two hours after we first called, the work was done, and for less money than we anticipated. Superb!
