 + -1 moreWE ARE REPLACING WINDOWS IN OUR APARTMENT BUILDING. AGNES WAS VERY COURTEOUS, ON TIME FOR OUR APPOINTMENT. THE BID WAS A LITTLE SLOW IN COMING, BUT WHEN IT CAME IN IT WAS COMPETITIVE; HOWEVER, IT WAS A LITTLE SKETCHY ON DETAILS OF WHAT THEY PROPOSED TO DO. ULTIMATELY, WE DECIDED TO GO WITH A PRODUCT WHICH TITAN DIDN'T CARRY.
Description of Work: NO WORK WAS PERFORMED. WE ASKED FOR A BID TO REPLACE WINDOWS IN OUR APARTMENT BUILDING. WE CHOSE SOMEONE ELSE. ESTIMATE OF $27,000.

Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS, SAID THEY WOULD GET US AN ESTIMATE IN A COUPLE DAYS, BUT NEVER DID. THEY HAVEN'T RESPONDED TO MY PHONE INQUIRY.

 + -1 moreAS FAR AS VINYL WINDOWS GO, THESE ARE OF GOOD QUALITY (REPUBLIC WINDOWS). THE COST WAS $4,900 WITH INSTALLATION. THE WORK WAS DONE VERY WELL IN ONE DAY. THE WINDOWS LOOK AND WORK GREAT.
