+ -1 moreI scheduled an appointment with Ruben on a Monday for a Wednesday morning. Ten minutes before our appointment I texted him to make sure we were still on. He failed to respond. Ten minutes after the scheduled appointment I called him to make sure he was still coming. He failed to respond.
Description of Work: This provider failed to show up for our scheduled meeting and failed to answer my phone calls when I called him to inquire if he was still coming.
