They did a very good job and they were excellent. We liked Mr. Prassas a lot. The price charged by him was very good. He was very punctual, as he came when he said he was going to come.

After starting the ninth week of what should have been a three to four week job, he walked off the job, leaving us with a good portion of the work left to complete. Two companies came in to bid on the new job and both noted defective work on the shower floor. Both strongly suggested that the shower floor be ripped out and redone because the drain was not a shower drain and the floor was not sloped properly toward the drain. Tom Prassas kept insisting he was an "artist" and that we didn't need to worry because he was worrying for all of us. Obviously not the case. His basic plumbing and electrical work is fine, but he clearly was in over his head when it came to setting marble and doing the finish work, not to mention the fact that he kept lying about the amount of time it would take to finish the job. He also seemed to think that four hours was a full day's work. A really sorry experience.

WE WERE CLEARLY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. THIS CONTRACTOR WALKED OFF THE JOB WITH MONEY FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED. AFTER THE BIG JOB, WANTED NO PART OF US, BUT CASHED ALL THE DEPOSIT CHECKS.
