Excellent experience. Easy to get scheduled, arrived on time in the AM. Dustin patiently looked at all the blinds in the house, explaining why some very old (25-40 years) metal blinds and black out shades could not be cleaned or repaired. Took down 6 Silhouettes and old metal mini blind that needed restringing. Returned late afternoon with all work done and rehung all shades. $338 paid via credit card.

Highly recommend. Shades look like new! The shades were picked up early in the morning and returned later that day. Excellent service.

I had a great experience with Swifty Blinds. They were very helpful and I appreciate their personalized customer service. All of my window treatments had to be replaced due to a fire and Hunter Douglas no longer made the type I had. I had a hard time deciding what I wanted. Laurie and Dustin were patient and worked with me on exploring all the various options. They were very responsive to all my questions and the install was easy. No rework! Great quality service.

Swifty's did an excellent job. (I chose the company because it was recommended by Gotcha Covered and had a great Angie's List rating.) It took a while for the company to return my calls, but only because some family staff members were out of town so the company was short-handed. Excellent price, great service. I would definitely recommend this company.

They were wonderful. We had two shades..one we pull up and down that was broken and one that remains stationary that worked. He just switched the two. I would absolutely use them again.

Had an appointment for 10-3-14 for between 12:30 and 1:00. I went grocery shopping early that day so I would be home for the appointment. When I got home at 10:30 I had a message from Dusty asking if he could come earlier, at 11:00/11:30. He said to call the office and then said maybe the cell would be better. I called both numbers and left messages saying that I was home and would be for the rest of the day. No one showed up at 11:00, so I assumed they would keep the appointment at the original time. Well, when no one showed up by 2:00 I again called the office and the cell and left messages again for someone to call me. That was on 10-3, it is now 10-8 and no one has ever called to explain. I certainly won't be doing business with them.

A wonderful experience from start to finish! Dustin was prompt, courteous and professional and the cleaning service was superb.. The company was extremely accommodating when a problem occurred with my new window installation and the project was delayed. They willingly held my window coverings for an extra week at no charge. As an additional courtesy, Dustin rehung some shades which were not even serviced by his company. Swifty Blinds is a truly professional company with great pride in the work they do and excellent customer relations. I would highly recommend this company!!

These people are amazing. A great family business. Who knew that there was someone out there would would take down your blinds, fix them and clean them, all within the same day? Wonderful family-run business.

Swifty is the ultimate in professionalism and great service. Despite the fact that we had 11 sets of both wooden and faux wood blinds of varying sizes, all were beautifully cleaned and rehung the same day. The one-day service was pretty amazing, considering the company is located on the north side of Chicago, and we are located in a western suburb. The driving time alone had to be three or more hours! We will definitely use this company again.

By my phone description, they said work would be about $140.00. Dustin, their tech, was able to fix both blinds on site (I did not describe it correctly). Honest and smart company that saved me time and money.

I was trying to find someone to repair a broken cord on my honeycomb shades. They have broken before and I was looking for a better and different provider. So glad I found Swifty Blinds on Angie's. I hadn't even thought about getting them cleaned but, thought they could benefit from that, too. Swifty Blinds arranged pickup very quickly. Arrived promptly to take down the shades. They readily agreed to a return date and time that worked for my schedule. When the shades were returned they looked really fresh, an old water stain had been removed and the new cords seem far more sturdy than the original manufacturer's ones or the other previously repaired ones. Would happily use them again.

Our pleated shades were picked up, serviced, and re-installed the same day. They inspected the vertical blinds and said it was not repairable, but recommended a new track, which had to be ordered. The technician reinstalled the broken unit, and we ordered a new track, which was installed in a couple of weeks. For $113, our verticals operate as if they are new. We had three pleated shades which were not operating properly, but ended up only paying for one repair. The technician said one had a twisted cord and the other just had a cord that needed to be lengthened, so he did not charge us. The shades we had cleaned look like new. I would use Swifty again without question.

This company is wonderful and I would definitely recommend them. They did a great job cleaning my blinds. I have terrible allergies and I think having my dusty blinds cleaned will definitely help. They arrived on time and took down the blinds and brought them back to their facility for the cleaning. I live far from the office and I didn't expect same day service but amazingly; they came back the same day and reinstalled the blinds. Not only did they do a great job but I also had a broken vertical blind laying on my floor from my sliding glass door blinds that I didn't have them clean. The technician noticed the blind laying on the floor (where it has been for over a month) and he went to his truck and got a clip and fixed my blind!!! I am thrilled with their service!!

We were in the middle of a renovation and they came, picked up the blinds and did not deliver them back for quite some time because the renovation went on and on. It was a big job. They were nice to work with. They were very prompt and did just as they promised. They were just good to work with. We thought their price was reasonable. We will use them again as we have another place that we need the blinds cleaned in.

Showed up on time. Used a better string to ensure against future breakage. Works great now. Saved $$$ and helped me avoid having to buy an expensive blind.

From the very beginning when I emailed the company to set up an appointment, everything was extremely professional and accommodating. Laurie promptly answered my email inquiry and was able to set up my appointment within a week. I had a somewhat unusual request to come to our home first and then to our office, all within the same day. I was impressed they could do this for us. Dustin and David were very professional and took down the blinds quickly. The blinds were wrapped in canvas to protect them for their trip to the cleaning facility. The blinds at our office are over 20-years old and had never been cleaned before. They also had issues with the tilt mechanism not working on at least two of the sets. I had inquired with Dustin if the blinds would be done the same day. Because we had wood blinds in the mix, he was unsure if they could complete the work the same day, but assured me that he would call and let me know that afternoon. As promised, I did get a call and they were able to complete the job within the same day. Everything was returned sparkling and in good working condition. Initially, they were unsure if they would be able to fix the tilting mechanism in our office blinds, but they were able to find old parts to make the old blinds as good as new. I was also worried about the cleaning of our Silhouettes, as they just seem so delicate. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of these. Again, they look brand-new and are 14-years old! I will definitely use Swifty Blinds in the future!
