Description of Work: They cleaned our entire 3 story home. They sent a team of 3 people and they worked non-stop from the second they came in. They did an outstanding job.

 + -1 moreThe cleaning ladies are very professional, thorough, and diligent. I like that they bring all of their own cleaning supplies (even vacuum, dishsoap and sponges for dishes) and that they use natural ingredients since I have a toddler and a dog. The owner and managers are also very professional, friendly, and thoughtful. Someone always calls prior to each cleaning session and asks if there are any additional requests. The management then relays any requests to the cleaning ladies, and the cleaning ladies always address any of these requests. The floors are always spotless and the towels are hanging folded and they even fold the toilet paper like you see in the hotels. They are very trustworthy and efficient. I often see them sweating and working hard whenever I am home while they are cleaning.
Description of Work: Two cleaning ladies come with all materials and ready to clean for 2 hours ($60.00 an hour) for our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house - about 1100 square feet. One lady is the team leader and speaks English. We have them come every 2 weeks to clean our house. They clean all surfaces and floors and even move furniture and clean/vacuum under the couch, bed, etc. They also make the beds and do any dishes in the sink. They can clean windows, stoves, and refrigerators if you leave them additional time.

 + -1 moreTHE INFORMATION FROM THE PROPRIETOR WAS VERY CLEAR AND HELPFUL. THE CLEANING CREW WAS PUNCTUAL. THEY DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB INCLUDING DUSTING BLINDS, CLEANING WINDOWS, WASHING FLOORS, AND CLEANING WINDOWSILLS (BETWEEN THE WINDOW AND THE STORM). I HAD A FEW SMALL COMMENTS AFTER THE FIRST CLEANING WHEN THE CREW LEADER CALLED TO FOLLOW-UP, AND THOSE ISSUES WERE RESOLVED. AFTER HAVING SEVERAL INDIVIDUALS AND COMPANY CLEAN IN THE PAST 10 YEARS, I FOUND SWEEPING DIMENSIONS TO BE AMONG THE BEST.
Description of Work: A TEAM OF 4 PEOPLE CLEANED A 3 BEDROOM, 1 1/2 BATH HOUSE IN ABOUT 2.5 HOURS FOR THE INITIAL CLEANING, AND IN ABOUT 1.5 HOURS FOR FOLLOW-UP CLEANING. THEY CHARGED $75/HR FOR THE FIRST CLEANING, AND $65/HR FOR SUBSEQUENT CLEANINGS. THEY PROVIDE ALL OF THEIR OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES.
