Once a week they come. But you have to really tell them what you want. They charge you more. They do fertilizer for me twice a year. They just don't do these things you have to tell them. It's $20 a week. They're usually prompt, they're there in the morning. If you forget to open your gate, they get it open. They don't go the extra mile; they don't pick up everything. You've got to cut your own bushes. They don't do a little trimming here and there. They do what they tell you what they say they're going to do. They're always there no matter what. If it's raining, they come the day after. They're very professional, when they talk to you they say "Yes ma'am".

They did an excellent job.

They have been pretty good. I think 25 bucks for the size of my lawn is pretty cheap. There is some fine tuning they could do in terms of edging and stuff like that. Whenever I call them and wanted extra stuff done, they respond pretty quickly. They are clock-work. If I were to cut it, it would take me about an hour. With just one guy, it takes them about 25 minutes. They are pretty efficient.

The service is done well and punctually. The cost at $20 per cut is reasonable. When we left a message requesting an estimate, this was the only company of three to return our phone call the same day. After evaluating the  job, they suggested a fertilization treatment which we agreed to and the treatment was done promptly, the next week. Monthly bills are mailed on time. We are very pleased with the service and so glad we do not have to do that work ourselves.

I wound up being very disappointed. They bagged trimmings, etc. from the initial clean-up, but I never saw another bag on the curb after that. In their efforts to clear brush from a side fence, they killed a section of grass immediately in front of the bed at the end of my driveway, which now stares at me every time I arrive home. They were supposed to rake and bag leaves, etc., then mow, but instead they blew the loose leaves into the surrounding beds and mowed over the rest.

I had to have surgery and couldn't do the job myself. My neighbor uses them and so I was glad they were able to take care of my lawn at the same time. They did a wonderful job and if I needed to I would call them back in a jiffy.

The always show up on time, right when they are supposed to. They are not outstanding, but they are good. They ll work quickly. They have an excellent price, definitely much better than other campaigns. I would recommend them.
