 + -1 moreRight from the start I had a feeling I was working with smart and articulate techies. I was very impressed with the manner in which I was interviewed to figure out exactly what I needed. They came back with options and helpful advice. Next they did all the hardware and software purchasing, set up, wiring, warranty, and trouble-shooting work. It was done very quickly, too. Now we have them providing monthly servicing of our office PC's. If we have one little problem, anyone in the office can give them a call and suddenly it is taken care of. I cannot remember the last time I've had that hate-my-computer frustration because we are very well taken care of. They really know what they are doing. Every now and then Christopher comes up with ideas to improve our computer and phone operations without being asked. That is real valuable for us so we can focus on our work.
Description of Work: I set up my small office and needed networking computers, which can be really expensive if you use a server. Christopher, the owner, found alternative and less expensive ways to get the job done. In fact, everything they do is done in a manner that saves money without compromising quality or effectiveness. Then I gave them a "while-you're-here" problem with my phones. We had several phone lines with the phone company, which is very expensive. Christopher found a way to minimize our total number of lines, optimize cell phones and in the end our total phone bills are lower.
