SNAPPY MAIDS

Arrived approximately 15 minutes late, but they did call first, so that was fine. I hired them because they were advertised as being a "green housecleaning service." But she arrived with very traditional products. When I questioned her about it, she pulled out a single bottle of "green" furniture polish, and said they were in fact, "green." Everything else in her bucket was Comet, Windex, etc. When I got home, my place was generally clean, but lots of corners were missed, missed vacuuming behind sofa, etc. I would not hire them again, because I feel they represented themselves unfairly as a "green" service, and the quality of the work was marginal.

Hired to clean my home and do laundry. First appt arrived half hour late and no call, cleaner replaced, subsequent visits went well. 4th visit I had been warned they were short staffed. They did try to accommodate my schedule. They called the day before they were supposed to arrive letting me know I was not in their books and they needed to confirm my time. I called them to let them know the time. The day of I received a call 15 min. after they were supposed to arrive telling me they would be another 20 minutes. I left two messages but had to leave for another appt and never heard back.

I like that they call you the day before to remind you about their visit and give you a time frame for you to expect them. They have a crew that works very quickly. They are very trustworthy and I even gave them keys to my house.

It was great. They did a thorough job with the cleaning and were friendly. My bed was neatly made and my laundry was nicely folded and waiting on my bed when I arrived home.
