I cannot say enough good things about Samir and his employees! They were on time every single day, they cleaned up after themselves to the point that it was hardly evident that they had even worked in the house, masterfully problem-solved every issue that came up during the remodel, fixed things that were not even included just because they needed fixing, and completed the job within the scheduled time frame. Total professionals. Their price was fair and their work is phenomenal. They cut no corners, and do things right with an attention to detail that I find rare these days. Samir is also an excellent collaborator. He will be honest with you about your ideas and will not discount them like some contractors just because he doesn't want to do the work! All in all, I ended up with a gorgeous bathroom that I am very happy with. One thing to know about SK Remodeling: they are very much in demand due to people like me who are now loyal customers and want to hire them for any project. It's likely that you will need to wait a bit for your job to start, but I suppose it depends on the job. You may want to contact them well in advance of when you would like your job completed.

Very well. For a job where there are stresses and unexpected issues due to the age of the 100-year-old house, SK did a great job. They took the kitchen and sun room down to the studs, and completely remodeled and finished the rooms. They did their own plumbing, electrical, cabinet installation, and finishing.
