Was able to fit me in on short notice. When Dan came by for estimate, he said the job would take a half day. It took a full eight hours. Luckily I had day open. Gentleman that came to do the work was meticulous, and the bathrooms looked like new when done. Left work areas very clean. Gave me thorough info about keeping clean going forward.

They were so good. They were very prompt with appointments. They called to ask if I could reschedule and I couldn't, but he asked other customers if they could and he ended up being able to come out. They showed up on time and were very professional. I highly recommend them.

Dan was prompt in coming out to give the estimate, provided ample information regarding materials and labor involved in the job. This is one of those projects that most don't think of having done and after having my bathroom rehabbed the year before wanted to make sure I maintained the grout work. It still looks good one year later so the job was well done.

They did a much better job. Their pricing was competitive. They were overall very professional and the quality of work was good.

Overall, a positive experience. Dan provides abundant information and has responded promptly to additional queries. The fellows who completed the work did a good job (especially with removing and resetting the tile). We did a bit of extra clean up when it was all over, but I consider that negligible.

After a couple of initial hiccups (scehduling error cause the job to be delayed and pushed back one day), the job went well. The two workers who were out were very polite, and did a decent job. We are having some problems with some of the new grout cracking, but our cabinet installer said he would repair the problems once the kitchen is completed. THe owner of the company is a very responsive person, who obviously is very concerned about his work, and reputation. Overall, we are very happy with the job.

The guy (Dan) who did the quote was punctual, professional, and sent a detailed quote by email the next day. The estimate was slightly higher than a competitor's, but after a small price reduction I went with this company since they seemed more thorough and professional. The work was done quickly and was good quality - all grout in my kitchen and dining room was cleaned and partially replaced; the grout is now a uniform color and looks great! Maybe a few dollars more overall but well worth the extra $ for the quality of work.

He gave me a computer print out with everything listed that needed to be done. He seemed professional. I am considering hiring him.

The technician called 2.5 hours before my appointment time to see if he could come over early. This worked out well, and he was finished with the job before the hour of my scheduled appointment. I was told my floor would be a bit of a challenge during my estimate, and was not expecting to be bowled over. However the work done was better than I could have hoped for. My floor, which looked perpetually dirty from the old grout, now looks clean and evenly finished. My only complaint is that a poor job was done on cleanup. I had to wipe down my vanity, tub, doors and even the wall as there was a big handprint on it. Working in a bathroom that was stocked with sponges, I anticipated a more thorough cleanup effort.

Had work done by another firm because they cost less and were able to do the work sooner.

Dan was exteremely prompt for our estimate appt., professional and friendly. His staff that did the work did a nice job and worked very hard. They too were friendly. We had a mix up on the day of the job, before the work began, but Dan's team took care of the problem and in the end did a good job for us. The grout work looks very nice (like new) and we are happy.

I'm going to try to be fair in this evaluation. Dan was very helpful, responsive, professional, courteous. The guy he sent to do the job was so/so. I lay and grout tile, so I'm familiar with the process, also familiar with what grout should look like when done. Due to time constraints in trying to turn around an empty rental unit I contracted Dan's company to do the work. There was apparently a misunderstanding between myself and Dan because I understood that in the lower part of the shower surround, there would be some grout replaced as it was very clearly worn away in parts. This was something Dan and I looked at when he did the bid. However apparently the bid did not include that repair work, as stated by his worker, who after a little bit of back and forth assured me he would touch up certain spots. They were not touched up, at least if they were, the touch up job was bad. I actually got out my grout saw and did a little regrouting myself after he left. The grout is very clean, and it is very white now. That is nice. However, four things left me very aggravated. #1) Mess. The bathroom floor is combo white and black tile and I spent over 2 hours scraping and cleaning up drops of white dye that was used to color the grout from the black tile. If this is going to be an issue, cover the floor! #2) $150 to caulk a shower is absolutely outrageous, highway robbery. A WHOLE tube of caulk costs about $4.00 and if he spent more than 15 minutes doing that job I'd be surprised. (I WAS aware of this on the bid, and I sort of smirked when I looked it over. This is clearly a profit generator for the contractor. I also again didn't want to be bothered to do it.) #3) I had expected to be out of town so I had provided him with a key for the building, however the key was not left nor was it returned. #4) There was no follow up to check on my satisfaction with this job, which had there been it is likely we could have resolved my issues and resulted in a better rating here I suspect. I would still like my key back!

Great estimate service - the estimate was right on the money. The two different employees who worked on the bathrooms were very good - making sure we were happy with the color matching of the grout and clauk and leaving a small bottle behind for touch ups. The grout repair was seamless - you cannot tell which areas were fixed vs the original grout. The bathrooms look brand new! Note: we actually had two appointments - one for each bathroom.

I am very saisfied. Courteous, puntual, left area tidy, Returned calls promptly.

We live in a new construction condo that is 4 years old and we needed our marble shower stall to be re-grouted and sealed to prevent future mold. Both the estimator and the representative that provided the actual work were extremely professional and detailed.

Dan's two workers arrived on time and were very courteous. They worked hard and did a very good job of cleaning and restoring our ceramic tile. In most areas it looks like new now, although the previous owners of our house probably installed the tile a couple of decades ago.

Dan Lundstedt was extemely professional, very easy to work with and did a wonderful job cleaning and re-sealing the grout to my ceramic floor. The job was done quickly and everything was left very neat and clean. The floor looks amazing! It really looks like I put in all new tile. He will be doing another room in my home in the very near future.
