Sir Grout did a cleaning and regrouting of my condo bathroom and they were terrific. Ann came out to scope out the job and gave me a thorough estimate. She explained the process and helped plan the installation of grab bars in the shower that we wanted to add. When Dan's team arrive, they were totally professional. No mess, no fuss. I had to leave for a doctor's appointment during the installation but Eddie, the job foreman, figured out how to take photos of the grab bar placement and sent them to me for approval. Pretty cool! The job turned out beautifully. Excellent workmanship and bathroom looks brand new - gorgeous! I would highly recommend Sir Grout to my friends and family! As a landlord for the past twenty years, they are some of the best, most competent workmen I've had the pleasure of working with. Thanks Sir Grout!

I have a small bathroom with 2 inch marble tile on the floor. The grout had been chipping and discolored to the point that I though I may need to re-tile the floor completely. I came across Sir Grout on angieslist and figured I'd see if re-grouting would be an option. The estimate went well. Not only did Ann provide a clear course of action for the floor, she also pointed out some work that could be done with the grout in the shower. She brought a portfolio of past work that demonstrated not only the results but also the process. On the day of the work, Micheal showed up on time and ready to go. He was friendly and professional. He performed the work within the time quoted - even an hour early. Besides the fact that they saved me from having to completely re-tile the floor, the bathroom is now gleaming and bright. Excellent work.

They were great! The service technician we had was so meticulous. It’s absolute gorgeous. We have bad hard water and it looks brand new now.

The technicians were very professional and explained each step of the process. They thoughtfully called to say they would be a few minutes late. They paid attention to details such as matching new grout to an area that was not being treated, and explained how to care for the refinished areas. After the job was completed, Dan Lundstedt, the franchise owner, e-mailed to see whether the work was satisfactory.

I was very pleased with the quality and professional approach. Their employee Michael was outstanding in his work ethic!

They were wonderful. They did a very good job. There was one man but there were supposed to be 2 men.

As a 65 y/o retired engineer and past parrt-time remodeler/renovator, I can confidently tell you that: 1. The kitchen floor grout cleaning was comprehensive and the color-seal overlay looks great- they also matched color and sealed about 20 minor nicks in the tile itself. 2. The old whirlpool and cabinet/sink caulk was removed and the joints cleaned in a comprehensive manner. Did a beautiful job in laying the new caulk (much better than the old contractor who installed the whirlpool and cabinet/sink). 3. Did a great caulking job along a very irregular width crack where the new soffit meets the BR ceiling. The two workers (Mike & Alex) were very professional and took about 4 1/2 hours to complete all the work without "rushing it". The work was done this morning and I will modify this review if any problems develop in the future.

Ann came to my home for a complete inspection, to take measurements, and clarify what services were available. She made helpful suggestions and set expectations for available services, product information, job performance, etc. Her estimate provided a clear scope of service at an excellent value. She maintained direct contact throughout execution of the project. My technicians, Alex and Eddie, arrived right on time, were extremely courteous, engaging, and did a fantastic job. Once they set up their equipment, they walked me through to explain what would be done, step by step. They were focused on delivering quality work throughout the entire project, cleaned up, and finished right on time as promised. Sir Grout was also very flexible in working around my schedule and budget. This was my first time working with Sir Grout and I can't imagine working with anyone else when it comes to stone and tile maintenance!

The crew, Don and Trey, were great! I was very impressed with their professionalism and skills. I was not sure what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised! I will definitely use this company again.

Estimate process was quite easy. Met with Ann from Sir Grout and she provided a reliable estimate on the spot. I was able to schedule a date with her a few days later. The technician arrived on time and performed all of the services listed on the estimate. The technician was neat and professional and congenially answered all questions. The technician cleaned up after himself and left the site very clean. Everything was done very nicely and the bathroom looks great. I'd definitely use them again.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE: Some aspects of this experience went very well while other aspects went poorly. There were a number of quality problems with workmanship. However, these issues were resolved to my satisfaction within 24 hours of the job completion. I would certainly use this service again if the need arises under the terms of the warranty. However, whether I would use this servicer again for new work will depend on how well the product hold up over time. SALES PERSON, C (Fair): The sales person came to my home at the on time on 2/13. Personable. Appeared to be knowledgeable. Viewed the work areas. Estimated the work. Described the process Sir Grout uses and how the work would be performed. Subsequently, he sent a quote for the work which included a discount for Angie's List members. He requested a 25% deposit. I signed the quote and mailed it back with the deposit. He called subsequently and scheduled the work for 2/28. During the call I asked him when we would select the grout colors. He replied that color is determined by me and the tech on the day of the work. During his presentation he said that Sir Grout has 99 colors available to choose from; most customers either match existing grout color or choose a color among the ten most popular. (The sales person did not show me a grout color selection chart as he should have - which I learned about later. And he did not tell me that a if a color I selected was not among the ten most common colors that the tech has on his truck at any given time, it would be a custom color and special order.) OFFICE MGR., A (Excellent): The office mgr. sent an email reminder and a final work description including the balance due on the account. She telephoned two days before the work appointment to confirm it. On the morning of appointment the office mgr. called to say techs were on their way. When I had to call her to report a workmanship concern, she was very helpful and put me in touch with the owner immediately. TECHNICIANS, F (Lousy): Two techs arrived on time at 8:15 am. They reviewed the work areas. We discussed choosing grout colors. Tech indicated that we determine color after cleaning process was complete. Cleaning Process: The tech used a steam cleaner on the grout lines and tile, but he did not use a floor scrubber which was described as part of the cleaning process shown in the sales person in his presentation. I was not satisfied with the results and I asked the tech why he did not use the scrubber. He said that the floor area was not large enough to warrant its use and that he didn't want to damage my tile. I did not agree with his reply so I called the office manager. She put me in touch with Dan Lundstedt , Owner. He listened to my concern and talked to the tech. According to Dan, the tech did not use the scrubber b/c it was not on the truck. It was being used on another job. He instructed the tech to retrieve the scrubber and re-do the cleaning process in the kitchen, dining room and foyer. The tech retrieved the scrubber during their lunch break - this cost about an 1 1/2 hrs. in lost work time. After the tech cleaned the surfaces with the floor scrubber the tiles were dramatically cleaner. At this point, I have to say that the tech was not truthful with me. If I accepted his explanation it would have resulted in a sub-par job. Grout Color Selection: The tech asked me to select a color for the grout lines by squirting samples of color on to the grout. I asked for a color chart or other samples so that I could choose one of the 99 colors that the sales person said were available. This is when I was told that the techs only carried ten of the most commonly selected colors. Any other color choice would be a custom order and that the would have to return on another day if I wanted a color other than one of the ten they had with them. I did make a choice at that point but I was now very upset that the sales person did not cover this part of the process. Damage: The techs used masking tape to mask-off my base cabinets and island cabinets to "protect them". During removal, they pulled off the tape and with it came extensive portions of the cabinetry stain finish. They used a masking tape with a too strong adhesive. They also did not stop removing the tape when they noticed that they were damaging the cabinets. And they did not call this to my attention. I noticed it as they were preparing to leave. . LEAD TECH, A (Excellent): I told the techs I was not going to pay the balance due until the damage was corrected to my satisfaction. By this time it was about 7:00 pm. They could not contact the owner. But they did contact the lead tech and trainer. After hearing my complaint, he promised to come out the next day to a**** the job and damage. He arrived within the time frame promised. He set about taking pictures and re-staining the damaged areas of the cabinetry with color pencils made for this purpose. He then re-color sealed the grout lines that were missed by the techs and others that were done poorly. He worked for about two hours. I was satisfied with what he did under the circumstances and I decided to accept the resolution given the limited alternatives I thought I had available. He was very cooperative and did everything could to rectify the issues. OWNER, A (Excellent): Dan was responsive to my concerns. He showed concern and he took immediate action to address the problems I raised.

This was a very straight forward type of job. Dominick and Eddie V came right on time with all their equipment. We reviewed what was to be done and then Dominick got started and Eddie went to another job site. All in all it was nicely done, all mold is now removed the grout lines are clean and sealed with an epoxy that is mold and mildew resistant. This was an all day job, but worth it.

Ann came and gave us an estimate and Suk was our technician. We liked that the estimate was broken down line item by line item so we could pick and chose what work we wanted done and how much it would exactly cost. Our technician was professional, we were very pleased with his work and did a great job cleaning up after he was finished. I am extremely satisfied with the way our shower looks, it is a dramatic difference. After seeing the difference, I wish we would have had the bathroom floor grout cleaned, sanitized and sealed. The only somewhat negative comment I have is they don't take credit cards. I am assuming it is written somewhere but I was not aware of this, so payment was by cash or check. I think there was a discount for cash but since I didn't have $650 in cash in the house, it was a non-issue...I paid by check.

They were pretty prompt and did a nice job on our shower. I did find one little area that needed some additional work and they were very accommodating and scheduled someone to come back out and fix that spot. Overall a very good job at a reasonable price.

They regrouted two showers for us. Service took 8.5 hours. They did a meticulous job.

Went great. Sir Grout wanted to make sure we were happy with the outcome. They also shared very helpful information on how to care for delicate marble (which cleaners to use/avoid, daily 30 sec care, etc.). I'm confident the 'new look' will look good for a long time. Thank you!

Ann came and gave the estimates for the work we wanted. Each job was quoted separately. One reason we chose Sir Grout was because our floors had a great deal of square footage and they would send a large crew. After signing the contract and giving a $200 deposit, the crew arrived on the scheduled date of service. Eddie lead the 3-man crew. They were punctual and polite throughout their work. I was very picky about the color grout I wanted and the guys were extremely patient waiting for me to decide before beginning that part of the project. They put many samples on grout lines over different parts of the floor that had different lighting that would affect my color choice. Since I was struggling with my decision, they even waited for my husband to drive home (he works nearby) to help me decide. Ann stopped by during the work to check if everything was going all right. Before Eddie and his crew left, they had me walk through and check to see if they had done everything to my satisfaction. If I found something picky that I wanted done, they cheerfully did what I asked. They just wanted me to be pleased with their work. Also, they guarantee their work for a year, so they will come back and do a touch-up or whatever I need if I call. So far, so good though! We are very pleased with the work they did. Our floors look so much better with the color-seal grout!

They were very accommodating when trying to schedule the work. Once here the workmen were respectful of my house and kept at their work until it was done. The product they use to paint the bath tub is very chemically smelling but once it dissipated, the tub looked great. What a difference. The floor grout around the tub was also replaced so it looks like a new tub. They also cleaned the grout around the tile on the floor and you don't realize how dingy it looks until you have it cleaned. Looks great. Very reasonably priced too. Very happy with the results and the company.

We had a leak in our bathroom tile and had several estimates. These ranged from $5000 to $1500. Some made the job seem very complicated , and it would take 2 weeks. Sir Grout came over said it was straightforward, and would take 1 day. They were the lowest estimate. The workers arrived on time, cleaned up, and did a fantastic job. The owner asked how the work was 1 week and 1 month after. The tile work was done well, and we couldn't be more pleased. No reason to call anyone else.

we had a mess on our hands. Our contractor tiled our shower walls and floor and used the wrong sealant. He used an oil base seal that within a few weeks our white grout was yellow. Our contractor contacted Sir Grout and although they were Busy and it was the end of the year, we agreed to wait for the "A" team who wouldn't be available for almost a month (which says just how good the "A" team is). once they arrived they were prompt and nice. At the same time our grout was not done correctly by our contractor our marble floor and marble vanity top were also not sealed properly, so within a month we had water stains and scratches in both. Sir Grout has a process for honing and polishing and sealing. We now couldn't be happier...should we ever need Sir Grout again, you bet 100% we will call on Dan for his service and recommend him to anyone needing a fixer up!

They worked very hard to accomodate my schedule to actually do the work. There were 3 technicians that arrived exactly on time and finished the work in a few hours. I was very pleased with the work. The shower needed some major cleaning and it looks like new. Actually, the entire bathroom looks brand new. I would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone looking to have tile or grout cleaned.

My experience searching for the right company to address the mildew and mold in my shower was initially overwhelming. There are several companies, and I wanted to select the right one. I had another company come and give me a first estimate. The representative did not instill me with confidence that my money would be spent wisely. Sir Grout was my second call. Ann came out and gave me an estimate. In so doing, Ann explained to me exactly the work that would be performed and at what cost. It was approximately 25% higher than the first company, but Ann instilled me with confidence that Sir Grout would deliver unparalleled results. Dan, the owner, also reached out to explain to me the difference in services between Sir Grout and the first company. When an owner does this, it immediately conveys to me: This is someone who cares about his business. I was impressed, and I was immediately more confident in Sir Grout than the first company to perform the work correctly. After thinking about it, I decided to go with Sir Grout. My decision ultimately proved to be a wise one. Dom, the technician, arrived on time and did an exceptional job. My shower looks brand new. In sum, I highly recommend Sir Grout, Everyone with whom I was in contact--from Dan, to Ann, to Dom--was a professional. I admire that, and I admire the quality work performance too.

Perfectly. Two technicians arrived on time with their equipment, put covers on their shoes to protect my floors and went right to work. Checked with me to make sure everything ws being done to my satisfaction and cleaned up. Went over pricing with me before leaving, and made sure I was satisfied, which I was.

Excellent service and results. Dan came out promptly and gave me a detailed estimate. He explained the entire process. My floors and grout look brand new. I highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone needing this service. You will not be disappointed. Dan even followed up after the service call as well as 4 months later. I am having them back to re-seal my marble tile in the master bath. It's really nice to deal with professionals who provide great service and care.

Three professionals worked for about 6 hours on their hands and knees, in some difficult places to get the tile and grout as clean as could be expected. They were professional, and respected the house as they moved through to get to the bathroom. The leader took time at 7pm on a Saturday evening to walk us through the care and maintenance to make sure we understood how to keep the tile and grout looking clean and new. He explained various cleaning agents and the ones they recommend and why, and the things to avoid as not to ruin the tile. By the end of the service, these men looked very tired, but my bathroom looked like new again. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if I have the need.
