Will try to do such. Unfortunately, it has been awhile. We had to keep asking the cleaning representative to go over her work, which she did. But, we had to spend so much time micro-managing.

This cleaning service was great. I got in contact with them in Boston, before I moved back. Even though they like to communicate by cell, they were very accommodating in communicating everything by email, due to my job. My mother walked in on them doing the job in Chicago and she said they were very professional and worked very hard. I was impressed with their work, but most importantly their honesty. I will use them for monthly cleaning again.

Cristina is our cleaning lady she is fabulous, does a great and thorough job. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and the basement once a month. We provide the cleaning supplies from a list given to us by Agnes and she gets there right on time and does a fabulous job. Very highly recommended. Agnes is the boss and she is great at communication and confirmations, a true professional.

Heavy, heavy ! post renovation cleaning. My cleaning lady couldn't deal with it and I need a help because task was overwhelming for my regular lady. Everything was dusted including plates, dishes, drawers, lamps, doors, crowns you name it. State of disaster! Agnes was so strict and forward and professional. She gave me a quote of $ 1,040 for about two days cleaning. When she come on the 2nd day to check on cleaning she decided that they will be back very next day to do punch list for no extra charge and lastly on the end she gave me a great discount of $100 - Awesome. I'm so HAPPY. The ladies did all in line and I will recommend the Sincerely The Maids to all my neighbors. Thank you very much Agnes and Konrad!

I have used Sincerely The Maids twice for move in/out services. They are very fairly priced and Agnes is extremely responsive. All of our transactions were done via email and text, but she was always very quick to respond. Most recently services were completed upon move out of a tenant. The shower and kitchen required heavy cleaning. After the unit was cleaned, I discovered the need for additional scrubbing to the shower and extensive cleaning was needed to the stove top and the outside of the microwave. The individual cleaning was there in the morning and I arrived in the early afternoon. I spent the next hour and half cleaning these remaining items. It appeared the shower and stove top were cleaned but not thoroughly. Agnes emailed me later in the afternoon and stated that heavy cleaning was required and if I wanted them to return to clean anything additional, they would at no charge. I let her know that I had already completed it. She further discounted the cost given the situation. In general, I would recommend them for services. Everything else was cleaned well, their prices are reasonable and they are very responses. I really appreciate the acknowledgment and outreach regarding the need for additional cleaning. My guess is that the job took more time than expected and person cleaning ran out of time.

I needed my rental unit cleaned before selling it, but I had forgotten to set up a time with a cleaning company. I called a few places on a Saturday morning six days prior to the sale, but got only answering services. Sincerely the Maids was the only one to call me back that day, but unfortunately we were unable to connect. On Monday Agnes called again, but I was at work, so she texted me as well, asking for my email address. I sent it to her, and we were able to set up the appointment with all the details via email. She quoted a price, and gave me $20 off for a first-time cleaning, and I didn't even have to ask for it. The day of the cleaning appointment I met Agnes's team at the property. They were right on time, and got right to work. Everything went well, and the place looked great when they were done. Thanks for being so flexible and working with me via email, which was much easier than finding time to talk on the phone!

Been using this company for 4 months now. They come weekly to my apartment and is always on time. If they are late, they will call or send an email. Agnes, always respond to my emails on my concerns and on any changes. The best part is that they will accomodate the same cleaner to come to your home weekly so there is no need to re-introduce your home to a new cleaner.

It has always gone great, and I will continue to use them in the future.

Sincerely the Maids is very prompt and professional. They give me a list of cleaning supplies, and I supply them. They come every two weeks. Very responsive. They can be at times a little rough with equipment (vacuum) and on one occasion early on they chipped my paint in the kitchen with my oven grate. But, I alerted the company and have had no issues since. I would recommend.

I had contacted Agnes because I was unhappy with the cleaning service I was using for the last 5 years. Agnes returned my call within a day and was able to set up a time for an estimate for the next day. She is very professional and seems to be be very committed to making her customers happy. I have been using Sincerly the Maids for the last 3 months for 1x per month cleanings. The cost is much lower than the previous service I was using and they will change the sheets, clean the oven and fridge and most other special requests at no additional cost. They send one cleaning lady at a time and the cleaning lasts from 2 - 2 1/2hours. I have had no problems and I am extremely happy with the quality of their work and I recommend this company for anyone who is looking for a good cleaning service.

I've used them before and they've always been good. This time Dorothy was the cleaner and she was excellent. Good attention to detail & good disposition.

With the exception of some minor language barriers, I'm happy with their service. If you specifically point out your expectations they will deliver.

I have struggled to find reliable cleaners since I moved to Harwood Heights and I have tried several local companies before finally finding Sincerely The Maids! I have had outstanding cleanings with them since I began using them and plan to continue using their services monthly. I really appreciate that Agnes takes the time to review your apartment/house before determining your rate and that we are allowed to use our own cleaning supplies. The prices vary depend on what you are having done but I have had both in depth cleaning and general upkeep cleanings, and the prices have been very reasonable for both. I have been very pleased with the cleaners that came and with the job performed. They are thorough and they double check with you for anything special you request. Also, all the cleaners I have had have been SUPER sweet to my cats -- that's very important to me! Agnes has been very flexible with scheduling and responds to e-mail quickly. I typically don't take the time to write reviews for services I value, but as I appreciate the difficulty of finding reliable, trustworthy, and thorough cleaners, I wanted to review this company for all who may be searching. I plan on using them regularly as long as I live here.

It is very easy to schedule an appointment, and what I like best is they have a flat rate as opposed to an hourly rate. There was one lady who came to clean, and she was on time. It took her about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to clean my 2 bed/2 bath apartment and I could not have been happier with the results. I asked her to do an extra thorough clean of the kitchen and she happily obliged. If I need any cleaning services in the future again I will not hesitate to use them again! They sure are a great company.

This company did an initial cleaning. The cleaning person was thorough and professional. There was some difficulty communicating due to the language barrier. I will not use the service again because the price quoted for regular cleaning services is high for me.

They came out in advance to look at my place to provide an estimate based on size/needs (I have 1.5 BR apt). The housekeeper they sent was curteous and did a great job - she asked questions about what I wanted done and was very efficient. They are very nice to work with as well.

It was awesome! I emailed and Agnes responded that evening. We scheduled an evening for them to come by to give me an estimate, and I needed to cancel and they were able to reschedule me for the next week. They came in and we chatted a bit about the cleaning, and they offered to clean the refrigerator and oven and I was so glad! The day of the cleaning, Sophie called when she arrived, and she got straight to work. I was a little mortified because I didn't expect her to clean the inside of my cabinets (which is where I stashed things to get them out of the way). But she was very gracious and organized the cabinets and they look great! She told me she was going to save an area for the next time, and then when it was time to leave I noticed she just went ahead and cleaned/organized that area for me. She was wonderful. She cleaned and dusted everything. My place looked great! Thank you to all who work at Sincerely the Maids, you were awesome to work with and I will definitely have you again!

This is the best cleaning service I have ever used. They are professional and do an excellent job. It takes one person three hours to thoroughly clean my apartment. I have used them 4 times, and will continue to on a regular basis. I highly recommend them. I pay 80.00 plus I give a tip on top of that. I schedule everything through Agnes via email, and she is great to work with.

Agnes was prompt in getting back to me and setting a time for them to see my place and give an estimate. She showed up on a tuesday to give me the estimate and was able to have her people in on wednesday, I was moving in on Thursday. The tub in the place that I was moving into was pretty bad, looked like it was stained from having a bath matt in the tub. I told them to do the best they could and wasn't expecting it to get very clean and thinking I would have to get it reglazed at a later time. When I moved in the next day I was so surprised how clean the tub was. There were no stains and the tub looked brand new. I would love to know what they used so I can get some of that for myself. I used them on the place I moved out of as well and once again they did a great job.

Between my corporate job and a store I own, I am rarely home and am exhausted when I am....as a result, my condo had turned into a bit of a mess. Since I had a guest coming to visit, I realized it probably made sense to have someone thoroughly clean my place. I reached out to Simply the Maids based on prior reviews and was very pleased. The communication was wonderful between Agnes and myself. She and her husband stopped by a few evenings later to scope out my place and give an estimate. (I got confused about the estimate time and she was very understanding). So the morning of my cleaning they were prompt and she got to work right away. I had to leave for work, but when I got home, my place smelled amazing and I wasn't embarrassed to have my friend visit! I am now scheduled to have them come out every 3 weeks for my own piece of mind. I would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Sincerely The Maids based upon previous reviews. I sent an email inquiry and received a reply within an hour. Agnes was very courteous and provided me with all of the information I needed promptly. Because of this, I hired their service. All communication was done via email; anytime I had a question she replied promptly. Service was performed yesterday; it was a gift for our daughter who was moving into an apartment immediately after the previous tenants were vacating. Even though the cleaners had to work around boxes and the few pieces of furniture that she had, they did an excellent job and were very gracious.I will also mention that I live 2500 miles away from where the service was performed but everything was handled so smoothly it was as if I was right there. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

The apartment was empty (inbetween renters). The old renter left the apartment in an absolutely filthy condition. Washed kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities inside and out; all appliances inside and out (microwave and refrigerator were especially crusty); bathrooms and kitchen sanitizing; baseboards, doors with casings and trims dusting; floors , vacuuming, washing and moping; dusting duct covers, ceiling fans and light fixtures, etc, etc...Over all dusting, scrubbing and sanitizing. They used their own cleaning supplies, ladders, and vacuums. They even came back a second time to do a little touchup on the oven. Conrad and Agnes were extremely professional and friendly. Great value!
