Patrick and the crew were great. Finished the job in three days. Patrick went through the house and talked about all the options with us - repairing the plaster, 1/4" drywall, 1/2" drywall. His estimate was actually about $2000 less than another recommended contractor we had come look at the place. The work was terrific, and the cost ended up being just $75 more than the estimate. I would definitely use this company again.

The crew was very prompt, showing up at the agreed upon time. They, the crew and the owner, were friendly; however, the crew did not speak much English, so when the owner was not on the property, it was difficult to communicate with them. The owner would meet them at the project in the morning and tell them what to work on, but then would leave the rest of the day to oversee other projects. The crew did a fantastic job at the major construction projects ... putting up walls, putting up drywall, etc. But when it came to detail work of crown molding, the quality was not there. Crown molding was put up in a few rooms, but had to be taken down and redone by the next crew that I hired. This company is really good at demolition and at the raw construction (putting up walls, dry wall, etc); however, I would get another company for the finishing details if you are looking for quality detail. The punctuality of the company was unmatched. They were prompt and polite. And there are so many companies where this is an issue, but they were there when they said they would be and on time. Which was greatly appreciated! Tools were left at my project for months after the company was no longer doing work; however, upon contacting them several times to pick them up, they came to get the tools. If I had a deck or basic remodeling item, I would use this company again. For a larger renovation with a lot of detail work, I would most likely look for another contractor.
