They trace patterns to cut the table pads, they kept messing it up but they finally got it right. The product itself is very good once they got it right, they just had an issue with customer service. They have lasted a long time.

HE WAS ON TIME, BUT WAS VERY SLOW. FINALLY, HE WAS READY TO SHARE SOME PRICING. IT SEEMED HIGH. WHEN I TOLD HIM I'D HAVE TO TALK TO MY HUSBAND FIRST AND GIVE HIM A CALL BACK, HIS TONE COMPLETELY CHANGED AND HE SEEMED TO GET UPSET THAT I WOULD NOT PURCHASE THAT DAY.
