Ruben was very responsive. He provided a written estimate via e-mail and came to look at the work required. He was very on time, kept a very clean work site and did a great job very quickly. When we needing some of the caulking adjusted, he quickly came and addressed that.

Tiles by Ruben communicated promptly and courteously. They executed the job very efficiently and in a very timely manner. (Actually sooner than anticipated) They were very punctual and careful about maintaining the area as clean as possible. The finished floor looked amazing! We are very pleased with it.

These guys are wonderful. They completed a drywall project for me, enlarging a closet and repairing water damage. Their work was very high quality. They were on time and observed the 1,000 rules for construction in my high-rise condo building. The price was fair and reasonable. I would hire them again.

Excellent. We had a problem with the ceramic tiles cracking at the entrance between the kitchen and dining room and our tile man was able to correct that problem. That was a year ago and the tile is still perfect. He did a great job replacing other tiles as necessary for a reasonable price. Fast, clean and efficient.
