gutter repair
 + -1 moreI called Louis Arias to set a date and time for his services. He said that he needed another man to help him and as soon as he could get that additional help, I would get a call back with date and time. The call never happened. I was going to try again, however the difference between the first call and second one, told me that he was not dependable. I was not surprised when he fell short. He shoud have been more direct by telling me that he was not interested in returning. I doubt that he forgot about the job.
Description of Work: In mid June, I retrieved the name of Louis Arias from Angie's List. I noted that he was a rather recent member. Louis arrived to my home and walked around the property. We discussed gutter cleaning and repair. The service person and I agreed on a price. I was to call Mr. Arias to set a date and time.
