The owner, Bruce, is 100% responsive and has great follow through and everything from start to finish. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Everyone he referred me to was of the same caliber. Hope he stays in business forever. I never want to use anyone else again. Very reasonable and accommodating.

We had a great experience working with Regency. They demolished the existing kitchen, installed a new floor base, ran electrical, moved plumbing and gas, painted, installed lighting, installed appliances, and laid backsplash tile. One thing I really appreciated was that the crew would ask questions when there was an option on how to do something. If they found something needing fixing, they took care of it. If we found something, they took care of it right away as well. We would definitely use them again for future projects. Our kitchen is updated and gorgeous thanks to Bruce and team!

Not only was he responsive to our concerns, but also responded immediately to any issues that arose during the reconstruction process. His crew was timely and professional and the workmanship was extremely high end. We are very pleased with the results which look stunning. The vendors he referred were helpful and their products allowed us to choose our style and price range. We would recommend Regency for any home improvement renovation. We intend to use him again.

My bathroom project went smoothly thanks to Bruce. All of the workers were great. They were always on time, and kept my home clean during the entire process. My two bathrooms look beautiful, and I would highly recommend this company!!!

Regency was great to deal with. Very responsive to communication and willing to spend plenty of time discussing the project. The work crew was quick, accurate and left the site clean as can be. There was a slight issue with the siding shape so Regency without hesitation removed what they had done and started over absolutely without question or cost. They also added details along the way without added cost. Post project communication has been great as well. Yes I would recommend Regency.

Bruce and his team did a really good job remodeling our master bath. His team did a good job of keeping our bedroom clean during the 4 weeks they were working on it. I would definitely recommend Regency to others looking to remodel.

Regency did great work and and Bruce was very reliable. They did the work quickly with high quality. Very polite workers that knew how to do numerous types of jobs. I would recommend this company and will use them again.

The workers were able to perform all types of work involved including the electrical and plumbing. Bruce was helpful in ensuring the contract was complete, the estimate was understood and in lining me up with a contact at Studio 41 in getting all my fixtures.

I interviewed several contractors before hiriing Bruce through Home Advisors. They pride themselves on taking care of the client and working from referrals. My bathroom over exceeded my expectations and any issues that arrose during the project were corrected immediately. You can count on them before and after the projects completed which has not been my experience when working with other contractors.Regency will be my contractor for all future projects and have earned a client for life.I highly recommend Regency for craftmanship, customer service and project management.

Regency does high quality work with high quality craftsmanship. They have great contacts with suppliers and vendors and made great suggestions for our remodel. Bruce was great to work with, was always available and checked in almost daily to ensure we were happy.

There were some problems be during construction which I pointed out and they were corrected immediately. Rep was very friendly and professional and did not try to sell me anything Idid not want. Would recommend this company and probably will use them for my next project.
