+ 0 moreWe had had our sewer line rodded by another plumber before (with a 3" cutter), but it quickly plugged up again. Troy and a helper came out with a camera, examined the line, and found some tree roots incompletely cut out, but more importantly that the tile had broken and dirt was slowly collapsing into the line to block it. He advised us on the city's inspection requirements, and was able to dig up the line (3 1/2' down) and repair the pipe, installing an additional rodding access for 6" cutter in the process, that same day. After doing the repair, the dirt was put back in a mound to settle with time and rain. This could have been neater, but wasn't too bad.
Description of Work: Camera sewer line, found tree root "logs", and determined there was also a break in the sewer pipe. Dug up broken sewer tile and replaced it, installed a T, and rodded the entire line to the street with a 6" cutter.
