From the very beginning, tenants called to complain...maintenance man not showing up, poor work performed, etc. Another tenant gave them cash to pay the rent and the management company never gave it to me. I gave them a company credit card for management services/supplies and they charged thousands of dollars worth of unauthorized purchases. I fired them before they caused any real damage. Don't be tempted by their low prices...either manage your own properties, or hire a REAL management company. The company is run by Brian Turner and his wife Wendy Turner...steer WELL CLEAR of these people.

I had a very bad experience with Property Symphony, a company owned by Brian Turner and his wife Wendy Turner. Property Symphony used to manage my buildings and failed to remit rents to me, security deposits, and logged several large expenses without providing me with receipts. When trying to resolve this outside of the court system with the Turners, they acted as though they wanted to work things out, set repayment dates, and then did not follow through. When I followed up on the missed repayment, the Turners became aggressive about the situation and did not comply with the terms of the repayment plan. We ended up having to sue. They delayed the process and did not show up for certain court appearances. A judgment was entered against the company on May 18, 2015 Case # 14 CH 08276.
