The Property Manager referred Pro-Done for my kitchen renovation. He completed a project in the building and management liked the quality of his work. Also, Pro-Done meets the building insurance requirements. On March 23rd; I coordinated a meeting for March, 26 to discuss the scope of work and provide floor plans. Abel Marin told me I should get a bid within five days, and I am still waiting. On March 31st, April 1st, April 11th, April 19 I sent emails to Able Marin inquiring about the cost estimate and no response what so ever. I researched social media and found that on Yelp and Angie's List have similar reviews to mine. On April 11, I contacted him via Facebook requesting the estimate, On April 16 he responded that he was in Costa Rica and that we will be returning on Monday, April 18th and will call me...I am still waiting. In addition to the emails have called and left voice mails every week. I'm still waiting for a response.

After reviewing a remodeling job on a duplex Abel said he would put a bid together. After the agreed date of the bid submission passed I made several attempts to contact Abel to find out if he was still planning on submitting a bid. He ignored me and, two weeks after the date, still didn't have the decency to at least contact me and tell me he was too busy or not interested in putting a bid together. Not very professional.

I'd gladly use ProDone again in the future. It was excellent to work with Abel and his team. They were incredibly responsive, responsible and knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier with the work they did.

Awful service. Adel came by to discuss my remodeling plans and to take measurements. He promised I'd have an estimate that night. Night comes, nothing. Sent him a text the next day stating I'm looking forward to the estimate. No reply. Called him the next morning. He was curt, yet promised me an estimate by noon. Noon comes, nothing. Finally, I left him a message telling him to forget it. If this is the way he handles an estimate promise, I can imagine how badly he handles a remodeling.

They were excellent. They're good contractors and I highly recommend them. They have been the only to really step up in taking care of what our home might need. The cost were reasonable. They were very patience, they give you estimate and let you sign the agreement. There is nothing that I can say negative about them.

Abel and his crew did a fantastic job on wide range of tasks for my mother's new condo. Their work is top-notch and working with them is a pleasure.

I cannot say enough about Abel Marin and his company Pro Done Remodeling. He was prompt, professional, efficient, and very creative in the way he advised my wife and me about different options for remodeling two of our bathrooms. Abel's team also installed a brand new garage door opener and patio light, both on short notice. His workers also took great pains to protect our furniture and carpeting when they performed the biggest job for us, which was a gut rehab of our master bathroom. I would definitely recommend Abel and Pro Done Remodeling in the future and plan on using him again when we have more work that needs to be done.

It was easy to schedule an appointment to have Abel come to my home and take inventory on what needed to be done. We were looking to have tuckpointing, chimney repair and our gutters cleaned. Abel was very helpful and knowledgeable when he was on site. He found several things that should be replaced and said they could do it for me. They were also one of the few companies that was very knowledgeable and could help repair all of the work that I needed to have completed. The only setback is that I waited for over a month to receive the proposal. I had to call twice and send an e-mail for them to send it to me. When I received the proposal it didn't have everything on it that we discussed in person. I am still considering them for the work but I am hesitant because it took them so long to get a proposal to me and I don't think I would have received one had I not followed up so extensively. I still think they are a good company and I would just have them come out again for a final proposal to make sure everything is covered. They have really good reviews on Angie's list and Yelp so I would give them another chance because I do believe that they are a quality company.

Abel and two of his employees, Arturo and Alex (I think) remodeled our powder room on the first floor. This entailed demo-ing the entire bathroom, tile floor and cutting through plaster walls and ceiling (a surprise). They laid new tile, installed new vanity, mirror, lighting, toilet, a ceiling vent fan and crown molding and painting. They were wonderful to work with from the initial call to the end product. Abel is professional, polite and patient. The men asked for our and quot;okayand quot; on tile, lighting placement, drawer pulls, etc and offered their professional opinion, which helped me with the decisoin. The final product looks fantastic and Abel's suggestions, like crown molding and repaiting the ceiling really helped the overall look. Their price was fair and competitive. And when they encountered problems with the old floor/ceiling, they did not complain, it probably added 4 hours of work and they did not charge us. They covered surrounding rooms, laid down paper on the floor and always cleaned up at the end of the day. This does not happen with every company!. They were skilled and professional and would used them again.

Our experiences with Pro-Done have been amazing to the degree that we would rather wait for them to address any concerns we have with our properties (they are pretty in- demand) than to seek out another company. They are fair in the assessment and pricing and Mr. Marin is professional, courteous, and agreeable in his correspondence. The workers are professional, diligent, and meticulous. I strongly endorse Pro-Done Remodeling.

Abel Marin guided us through the entire process of choosing fixtures, vanity, tile, and paint colors. Arturo and Enrique spent an entire day just putting plastic sheeting down all over the house, and built a temporary wall of sheeting with two by fours in the bedroom, to protect our bed and furniture from dust debris. They then removed the vanity and toilet and all the fixtures, went down to the studs, and built a new entrance wall with pocket door to give us more space. They put in extra lighting, new plumbing fixtures, new toilet and tile, vanity, and sliding glass shower door. They painted the entire bathroom, and the entire master bedroom including closets. They showed up promptly every morning, worked six days a week, and were finished in just under four weeks. The work was positively perfect. We would wholeheartedly recommend Abel Marin and Pro-Done Remodeling for all of your remodeling needs. The prices were also very reasonable especially as compared with other contractors were had interviewed beforehand.
