PC MANAGEMENT

I am on the condo board so I saw up close what it was like to work with PC Management. The best that I can say is that they seem sincere. With that said, they have terrible follow through, they don't have a good list of vendors, they don't visit the building unless you call them and they caused sales and refis of units to be delayed because of their delays or inaccurate answers. Lastly, when they turned over to our new management company, they omitted tons of information that was needed.

Communication is extremely lacking on their part. They don't follow up on vendor work to ensure that it is done in a timely manner. For example, the cleaning crew is supposed once a month and they have come about 2 times in the last 6 months. They are suppose to do a walk through in every building to change light bulbs, but they generally won't changed light bulbs until someone points them out. We will use them again, but only because they are contracted by our condo association, but if we ever move, we certainly will not use them. We have to really push to get a job done.
