 + 13 moreThe project turned out great. We came in on budget and got the job completed in plenty of time for my tenants to move in. PASA was very flexible in working with my required start date and in sticking to my time line. Most importantly, the finished product looked absolutely great. I feel that I get a very good value (we got a lot of work accomplished for a very modest price) and it really looks like I spent a lot more money. I had originally planned to hire individual subcontractors for many of the above items, but PASA took care of all of them and saved me money, time and aggravation in the process. I have used them many times in the past and I will continue to use them in the future. They are one of the few contractors that I consistently recommend.
Description of Work: PASA Construction renovated the interior of 50 year old home for me. They made drywall repairs, installed new trim, painted the entire home, cleaned it thoroughly, made window repairs, installed a new sump pump, serviced the air conditioner, installed several new circuit breakers, split some existing circuits, added new lights and outlets in a basement, replaced all light fixtures and ceiling fans throughout, repaired a fence and gate, took up existing carpet and refinished the underlying hardwood floors, installed new carpet in one room, stripped bathroom wallpaper, painted bathroom, installed a new medicine cabinet, vanity, plumbing fixtures, ceramic tile floor, light fixture, exhaust fan and reglazed the bath tub.
